The amount of shoes I have is rather uncalled for (oopsie..) but it comes in handy when I want to write a blog post! Today I am going to be showing you ladies six different ways to wear your booties. I have included one pair of rain booties, two pairs of heeled booties, and three pairs of booties with less than a half inch heel. I thought the variety of styles would be perfect because I am fully aware that there are several different styles and you all are obviously not guaranteed to have the same styles as myself. I really hope you guys enjoy this styling post, they are my favorite, so if you have any other clothing pieces you think I should style please let me know because I would love to do that for you! If you didn’t see yesterdays post click here. Hope you’re having a fabulous day, with love, McKenz.
This outfit is one of my favorites, it’s easy to wear and a quick outfit with only four items in total. I think it’s super comfortable but still looks put together with socks that match the turtle neck perfectly.
Outfit Details: booties- Steve Madden, sweater- Old Navy, jeans- Hollister, socks- Columbia, watch- Kate Spade
For a rainy day that consists of damp streets I like to wear shoes that are practical for the weather. For a little bit of rain I would much rather wear my booties instead of rain boots because they weigh a lot less and are less bulky. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Hunters, but I prefer to wear those in the snow. I’m paring this with a sweater and a matching scarf to stay warm.
Outfit Details: booties- Michael Kors, sweater- Old Navy, scarf- Gap, jeans- Hollister, watch- Macys, boot toppers- Francescas, bracelets- Alex and Ani
For some of my viewers that work in a more professional setting, this one’s for you: I think that pairing a cardigan with a tank top is a timeless outfit. Pair this with a few dainty necklaces, a statement necklace, or even a scarf to spice this look up a bit and the matching socks balance this look out perfectly.
Outfit Details: booties- TJ Maxx, cardigan- Gap, tank top- Old Navy, jeans- Hollister socks- Aeropostale, watch- Macys
I wore this outfit to a cheer event one time and got tons of compliments. I also wore this dress to homecoming with heels and then was able to transition it to something much more casual and appropriate for the occasion by adding my army jacket to play with some textures and adding some fun heeled booties with a cool cut out on the side. Don’t be afraid to branch out a bit, that’s what fashion is all about.
Outfit Details: booties- Nine West, dress- TJ Maxx, jacket- TJ Maxx, watch- Kate Spade, bracelets- Alex and Ani
I love my maroon booties because they add a pop of color to my mostly earth toned wardrobe. My mom happened to give me this cowell neck sweater after it shrunk in the watch and it matched perfectly! I love these boots with an all black look or even a white top, jeans, and matching statement necklace or scarf.
Outfit Details: booties- Old Navy, jeans: Hollister, sweater: Tahari, watch: Kate Spade, bracelets: Alex and Ani and Charming Charlies
This is probably my most worn outfit with booties. I have a love for scarves and crew neck sweaters paired with matching socks and because I have an endless supply of all three, this outfit style is always on repeat.
Outfit Details: booties- Sam Edelman, sweater- Old Navy, scarf- Steve Madden, socks- Kohls, watch- Kate Spade
