Good morning friends I hope you’re doing well. I do my friends makeup all too often but I’ve never thought to show you all the looks I put together, so today I decided that today I would sit down and walk you through the makeup I did on three different people.
To start Celia’s makeup I applied the Elf Mineral Face Primer all over her face with my hands. With a damp beauty blender, I took the Maybelline Matte Fit Me Foundation and pressed this all over her face, making sure I blended down the neck. To keep her makeup in place all night I used the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder. To cover any blemishes I used my Stila Concealer and a beauty blender. Pat rather than rub to get the best coverage on acne. I lightly contoured using my Anastasia Contour Kit. For the eyes I started with the Lorac Eyeshadow Primer and then applied the Maybelline Color Tattoo all over the lids. I used the Naked Smokey palette as follows- lid: “high” crease: “combust” outer v: “radar” and “whiskey” brow bone: “thirteen”. For the brows I shaped and filled them in with the NYX Eyebrow Powder. After I applied two generous coats of the Maybelline Great Lash mascara and the Maybelline The Falsies. To finish off the look I had Celia apply a little Essence Lipstick in “natural beauty”.
Onto Jeanie’s makeup… I started by applying the Elf Mineral Face Primer all over. I than took the Covergirl Outlast Foundation on a damp beauty blender and evened out her complexion. To cover any blemishes I used the Elf Stick Concealer. To keep Jeanie’s makeup on all night I set with the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and warmed up her complexion using the Physicians Formula Bronzer. Jeanie was the birthday girl so I felt it wouldn’t hurt to give her a good contour and highlight using my Anastasia Contour Kit. For her eyes I started with the Urban Decay Primer Potion and the Maybelline Color Tattoo to ensure her eye makeup wouldn’t crease throughout the night. I used the champagne color from my Wet N Wild Comfort Zone Palette all over the lids for a bright pop. I than used my Naked Smokey palette as follows- crease: “radar” “whiskey”, brow bone: “thirteen”, center lid: “dirtysweet”. Than I took the dark green from the same Wet N Wild palette and popped it into her crease and dragged it onto her water line. For the lashes we used Maybelline the Colossal and Maybelline Great Lash. To pull the look together I used the lipstick “natural beauty” from Essence.
Madison came to me with her face makeup already done (Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, NYC Bronzer in “sunny”) and asked for a simple eye look. I popped “tease” from the Naked Two palette into her crease to give her some dimension and filled in her brows using Vaseline and my Naked Basics 2 palette shadow in “crave”. Madison than applied the Marc Jacobs Eyeliner o her water line and the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara to her lashes. We finished off the look with a nude lip from Rimmel.
