Hi friends, thanks for stopping by! I want to wish all of my readers, new and old a very warm welcome to what I like to call StyledbyMcKenz 2.0.
For those of you who donโt know me my name is McKenzie. I am currently a sophomore in high school and live on the east coast. In my free time, Iโm most likely cheering on the sideline for my school, journaling in my Bible, or doing what I do best… blogging.
I embarked on the journey that I like to call styledby sixteen months ago when I hit publish on my very first blog post on styledbymckenz.wordpress.com. Although my time on that site was much loved and very well appreciated it is time that I continue my blogging journey on my new site, styledbymckenz.com. Although, I am warning you all that this site is by no means perfect yet and it is very new and different to me. So please be patient with me as I get used to it and make some minor changes here and there! I am so very thankful for my parents who have helped me chase after my dreams in starting this new site.
I will be sticking to the same uploading schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) but hope to post one video per week on my YouTube channel on one of those days. Being in front of the camera while still technically being behind it is something that I have come to love. I want to say a big thank you everyone that has traveled this journey with me and all of those to come.
In spite of my new site it would be greatly appreciated if you leave your blog links below as I would love to return the support you all have shown me as well as any requests you may have for upcoming content.

Hey, Meg! Thank you so much. I have been on the new site for about a month and am loving it except for the struggle to gain hits now, lol! Honestly, blogging is something that really helps me relieve stress and a very personal creative outlet for it. I have had a blogging schedule since the very first month I made the site, therefore I have never really strayed from it. I miss a day here and there but honestly, I kind of feel as though I’ve made myself my own boss! I hate feeling like I’ve let myself down, ya know? Anyways, I would suggest that you sit down and do a brain dump. Set yourself some goals for your blog, write down every post idea you have, and look at your weekly schedule. Decide what day’s are convenient for posting and stuff like that! This always helps to get inspired. Taking action is the only way to achieve your goals! I was thinking about starting a series on beginners blogging and such but have been feeling like I don’t know enough, ya know? Okay before I start to blab some more, I’ll let ya go!
