5 Travel-Friendly Outfits to Wear to the Airport This Summer

Summer brings travel of all sorts and many new, exciting places for the most of us. Let’s be real, who doesn’t love adventuring amongst a new city or the excitement of flying at night over the lights of the town beneath you?! Traveling, though stressful at times, is undoubtedly fun and one of my favorite parts about it is the airport.

I’m not sure why but I love the slight buzz of the airport, waiting to take off, and of course the fashion. I always find it fun to see what people choose to wear on the plane and I for one, like to be stylish yet still practical and comfortable for the flight.

And I want you to feel the same, which is why today I have compiled five different looks perfectly suited for your next adventure! Let’s get on with the looks.

Be There Soon

This is the perfect outfit to wear for a quick, simple flight. Keep things comfortable yet presentable in your favorite jeans and a simple tee to pair with your go-to sneaker!

Red Eye Flight

Catching an early morning flight?! Opt for some linen pants to keep comfortable and warm from the chilly plane temperatures. I’m choosing my Vans for an easy, slip-on option.

My Favorite Fit

I wore this little black on black ensemble last year on the plane and loved how easy it was. I popped on my denim jacket for an added layer (and to leave more space in my suitcase) + my fake glasses for the ‘cool girl’ factor that I love sporting when at the airport.

I Have Somewhere To Be

For the people that are hopping right off the plane and making their way somewhere I’d recommend going for something simple and denim for a casual yet appropriate look. Some cropped denim and slides are perfect yet comfortable enough for the occasion.

Home At Last

Ah, the sweet feeling of finally flying home after a long vacation away. I’m going for comfort in some cropped leggings, a cardigan for an extra layer, and some slip-on shoes for an easy security check. Oh, and of course wearing my sun hat!
