Back To School Clothing Haul 2017

Hello, everyone and welcome back to styledbymckenz. Today, I’m kicking off the week with my favorite blog post of the whole year… my Back To School Clothing Haul! Before I even had my own blog or YouTube channel I would always look forward to seeing what styles everyone was going to be wearing when they came back from summer break. There’s just something about sharing new clothes with you all that makes me feel giddy; almost like a little kid on Christmas morning.

I obviously didn’t need any more clothes in my closet but I recently sold a bunch of older items and cleared out some space in my closet to make room for some new pieces for my junior year so I took my earnings and headed out. Because I didn’t need anything in specific, I did pick up lots of tops and such.

I do want to mention that all of today’s clothes are from TJ Maxx and were almost all on clearance so finding links to things was pretty tricky considering TJ Maxx’s inventory varies from store to store. I was also sent a very generous gift card to DSW from the store itself which contributed to my purchases from their store in today’s haul. Enjoy!

I have been obsessed with anything with a dainty peplum detail for quite some time now. These two simple tees were the perfect addition to my wardrobe as they can easily be dressed up or down.

Tanks are some of my favorite things to purchase because you can wear them in the summer on their own and then layer up with a cardigan or trendy jacket as the temperatures begin to cool down.

I am all about cool sleeves right now so these two tops were right up my alley + they are the perfect colors to wear to one of my school’s games!

With cheer six times a week a couple more workout tanks were in the cards for me! How cute is the gold lettering on the right one?!

Rompers, dresses, and jumpsuits are some of my favorite, unique pieces to have in my wardrobe. I cannot wait to wear these to school and style them in a some lookbooks here on the blog.

A few pairs of leggings for cheer events, post game day activities, and casual school days! How cool are these pleather, mesh leggings that my sister got on the right; (totally stealing these).

A pair of espadrilles that aren’t broken like my previous pair, an adorable pair of espadrille wedges that practically every blogger has, and the cutest platinum platforms. Thank you SO much DSW!

Shoutout to the Target clearance for these two beauties. Scored them both for under $15; woohoo!

I am obsessed with all of the pieces that I was able to pick up before my junior year and cannot wait to start choosing some outfits for my first few weeks and styling them for some upcoming blog posts!
