Weekly Wrap Up #44 (Week In My Life + Outfit Of The Week)

Oh, how exciting these last few weeks have been! I wish I could put in to words the feeling of content and wholeness I feel right now. With a busy, yet exciting week preparing for our State cheerleading competition after winning Counties and Regionals the two weeks prior, I was left with a bittersweet feeling knowing these would be the last few practices I shared with these girls, despite cheering for all sorts of Winter sports and football with them. The endless good lucks, congratulations, and support that my community showed towards our squad this week was absolutely incredible. I know that these last few weeks are moments that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I could not be happier or more thankful to be apart of my amazing community and for an unforgettable junior year season… Keep reading to see all of my outfits + to take a peek into my awesome week! 11.5.17- Spent my Sunday feeling so humbled to be a Regional champ, filming for my YouTube channel, and working on the States banner for our school’s hallway!

Outfit Details- pajama day!!

11.6.17- Hung up our States banner this morning to get all the support possible on Saturday from our community. So pleased with how well it turned out + repping my Regional Champ shirt today!!!

11.7.17- A long rainy day with an evening spent at cheer practice and catching up on homework!

11.8.17- Today was supposed to be ‘Wacky’ day for cheer so I brought out the coolest silver booties and my space buns. I also uploaded one of my favorite seasonal blog posts. Check it out here if you haven’t already.

11.9.17- It’s official; the school year is a quarter of the way done already! Finished up banner for this week with Lily and Madison before heading home for a lazy afternoon.

11.10.17- I wish I could describe to you how amazing in every way today was. Woke up to a decorated house for States with posters, balloons, and streamers everywhere! The warmest welcome greeted the cheerleaders at school with signs around town, many good lucks, and goodie bags galore from fellow sports teams at our school. I hopped on the bus for an AP Art History field trip and headed to the Walters Museum with some of my fellow classmates. Upon our return, the squad had one final practice for the season before getting ready for our first playoff game this evening. We won 35-0 in the freezing cold weather. Madison and I always have a blast standing next to one another on the track; I can feel each Friday that we are making memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. After the game we snapped a few pictures and headed out to dinner to celebrate my dad’s birthday before prepping for States tomorrow and heading to bed as early as possible. A sense of home, community, and fulfillment was what today was filled with; I could not be happier or more content in this moment.

11.11.17- Competed for the first time in Hornet history at States, today! I am so proud to say that my team and I are third in the entire state!!! I could not have asked for a better competition season with my teammates and am so thankful for an absolutely unforgettable few months.
