Two Ways To Style a Statement Jacket

Jackets are some of my favorite statement pieces to style around this time of year. They are the perfect way to layer and spice up a bland outfit. Today I’m sharing with you two ways to style a statement jacket this season.

Denim on denim is such an oldie but a goodie. When not knowing what to wear it is typical for me to reach for this easy, effortless combo. Underneath my oversized denim jacket I layered one of my favorite chunky sweaters from Forever 21 and a cute camel turtle neck underneath that. My jeans have the cutest frayed trim at the bottom of them to make a bold statement + with this layered up look I paired my never fail Steve Madden wedges to keep things interesting and matchy-matchy!

For a more bundled up look and a statement piece of outerwear, I’m wearing this beautiful grey wool pea coat. Underneath I’m wearing one of my favorite salt and pepper turtlenecks along with my go-to over the knee boots. This is the perfect look if you’re spending the day outside as this coat is so warm and makes a statement when paired with all your Winter weather essentials.
