August 2018 Pinterest Outfit Recreations

Today I’m back with one of the most anticipated blog posts of the month… my August 2018 Pinterest Outfit Recreations!

If you’re new around here, allow me to explain. I am obsessed with Pinterest. It is my go-to source when I’m in need of a little outfit inspiration or am just feeling like getting creative. Each month I like to recreate a few outfits I’ve recently pinned with clothes in my own closet to get a little innovative with my wardrobe. Below I’m recreating three of my favorite pins from the month of July!

Chose this one so I could style my cute yellow crop top. The buttons on it made it such a similar match and it looked super cute paired with a classic denim skirt. The only similar brown shoes I had were these heels that I have yet to style on the blog, so they were the perfect option!

Loved this outfit when I saw it and did my own take on it based on the pieces of my wardrobe. Because my button front skirt is a little less boho, I thought a square neck tank tucked in would compliment it nicely. I went with lace-ups to keep the color scheme the same and accessorized with simple gold jewelry.

Chose to recreate this cutie because I happened to have the same two-piece set. I am currently obsessed with this gingham number as it is by far my favorite summer print. I threw in a hair scarf and popped on a cute pink bag to complete the look! Oh, and of course black mules to tie it all together.
