Weekly Wrap Up #35

The last week of summer; oh how sad I am to see you go. It’s been a crazy busy week but one that ended up being super fun. I’m having mixed emotions about going back to school on Tuesday and am super thankful for this long, Labor Day Weekend to prepare myself. I think one of the things I”m most excited about is dressing up every day again. I hate the outfit portion of Weekly Wrap Up’s in the summer and am excited for that routine to fall back into place, lol. Anyway, what are you up to this weekend?! 8.26.18 – Had the most valuable night at church, learning all about God’s timing and his purpose. It was just the kind of service I needed after such a draining week.

8.27.18 –  My first Nordstrom Ambassador meeting of the year was today! It was such a cool experience to begin learning more about the industry. I’m hoping next month I get to connect with some of the other girls in my class.

8.28.18 –  My last ever Fall sports picture day! I’ve always loved this day as it’s fun to get all dolled up and slip on my cheer uniform for the first time of the season. So many cute pictures from today but here are just a couple.

8.29.18 – A day spent shooting looks for the blog, heading to practice, and staying late that afternoon working on the banner.

8.30.18 – Another day dressed up in uniform to greet all of the incoming Freshman at Freshman orientation. I loved getting to chat with some of my favorite teachers, figure out my schedule, and meet tons of new faces! Finished off the night by decorating the locker room and senior players’ houses.

8.31.18 – First football game of the season was played at home. We started out with all our rituals but unfortunately, the game was cut short at halftime due to terrible lightning. We waited around hoping for the storm to pass but ended up being sent home, so I got to spend the night eating with all of my favorite people.

9.1.18 – Started the morning off by playing the second half of last night’s football game. We ended up winning 28-12, which moved our winning streak to 43 straight games. Spent the rest of the day lounging around and then headed out to dinner with the fam.
