The White + Black Combo I’m Loving

It was just a week ago that I shared the Travelon Anti-Theft Signature Slim Backpack with you. Although I have been loving that backpack for specific occasions, it’s the Travelon Anti-Theft Tailored Tote that I have been using on an everyday basis.

I’ve carried a Large Long Champ Le Pliage in the color Navy for years now. Although the canvas tote lacks shape and additional compartments, the bag is spacious and easy to clean which is why I always found myself reaching for it. However, it’s always bothered me that I don’t have a black tote to style; navy doesn’t go with everything!

When I was scrolling through Travelon, I knew this tote was made for me. It’s definitely not as big as my Long Champ which I actually have enjoyed. I love the Long Champ but if all I have in it is my wallet, keys, and phone the bag slouches over due to its lack of shape. This Travelon bag stays standing even with only a few items in it.

I have it in the color ‘Onyx’ which is a black nylon with gold hardware. The interior is a bright purple shade. Like most Travelon bags, this tote features their RFID protected passport and card slots, slash-resistant shoulder straps, and locking front pockets. Although, the safety features are just another reason to love the bag. I would find myself reaching for this bag regardless of those features simply because of how much space there is. Zipper pouches and pockets are everywhere on this bag making it super easy to stay organized.

It wouldn’t be right to talk about this bag without showing you how I’m styling it. This beauty paired absolutely perfect with this outfit. This white lantern sleeved sweater is from Zaful and will definitely be on repeat this fall. The off the shoulder cut of it is so sleek and can easily be dressed up or down for any occasion. I paired it with a simple pair of black denim jeans. Gold block heels added just the right amount of height to the look.

I accessorized with gold statement earrings and my everyday Kendra Scott necklace. This jewelry choice perfectly accented the hardware on my Travelon bag and my heels of choice.

This look is classy and chic. Perfect for the day time but could easily be worn out to dinner or for something a bit more fancy. My new, everyday purse was the perfect finishing touch.
