October Styles I’m Crushing On

As we close out October, I’m feeling a bit sad as it truly is one of my favorite months to dress for. For most of the month, I’ve had temperatures that have given me the freedom to dress in skirts and dresses but we’ve also had temperatures low enough that have allowed me to rock a good ole chunky sweater.

Today on the blog I’m presenting three outfit ideas featuring trends I’m crushing on and pieces that have made their way onto my clothing rack in recent weeks. I hope you love them as much as I do!

The Fall Toned Stripes

I picked up this cute striped sweater from TJ Maxx just this past weekend. It’s got the prettiest fall hues in it making it the perfect sweater to wear this season. Paired with flared jeans and some cognac booties, this look came together perfectly.

The Cheetah Booties

Mock neck sweaters are my go-to all fall long and this one layered so nicely under this burnt orange utility jacket that I recently purchased. I went with a denim skirt as we’re still enjoying a few warmer afternoons and thought that a statement shoe like these cheetah booties was the cutest way to tie this look together.

The Teddy Coat

Teddy coats have been spotted everywhere recently and I’m totally crushing on this one. It’s so soft and is the perfect addition to a plain outfit like ripped jeans and a white tee. My favorite booties from Target were my shoe of choice – seriously so comfortable for walking in!
