There’s nothing I love more than getting all dressed up. Whether it be the day before a cheer competition (my team’s tradition), a weekend festivity, or a normal school day, there’s nothing a good outfit can’t fix! Today I’m sharing three pieces that have been sent to me recently that I am totally loving.
No matter what the season, I can always find a reason to dress up. I hope you love these pieces as much as I do. Let’s hop right into these three outfit ideas!
The dress I’m wearing in this outfit is from MDS Collections. If you’ve never heard of this company before, allow me to explain. The MDS Subscription is a multi-tiered subscription service that allows you to redeem up to 4 items a month for just $99.90. They add hundreds of new pieces to their site each month, always leaving their viewers with new inventory to shop. You can learn more about the subscription process here.
I wore this dress to school last week for our ‘Denim Day’ during Spirit Week. It received all the compliments and for obvious reasons. I ordered an XS in this beauty and it fits like an absolute glove. It is the perfect fit and was surprisingly super flattering on, despite being full on denim. The peplum hits midway on the booty and was the perfect length.
I scored these $235 Tory Burch platforms at Nordstrom Rack for $45 just the other week and knew they’d be perfect for this dress. The denim platform is an eye catcher for sure and adds all the spunk, sass, and height to this look! I accessorized as usual with my gold statement earrings and a fun cuff.

This dress is a total business in the front party in the back! It’s a skirt in the front and shorts in the back which is the best kind of dress there is. It’s also from MDS Collections which I talked about in the previous outfit! This dress is, unfortunately, already sold out on their site, but I’m linking a similar one here to shop.
I ordered an XS in this one as well and I would’ve sized up in this one if I had known better. It fits like a glove but the Small would have definitely allowed for a little more wiggle room. The shorts are the cutest touch, there are pockets which make it even better, and the neckline is super flattering on. I am such a fan of this one.
I popped on matching blush pink heels and threw on a fuzzy white cardigan to add a layer to this dressed up look. Although definitely more appropriate for this Spring, you could easily transition this beauty for the holiday season, night out, or for your own blog styling!

I’ve featured SheIn items on my blog more than once and this next jumpsuit is from there as well. SheIn is a fast fashion, online retailer that has the most adorable pieces for affordable prices. The best part is you can get an additional 20% off your entire purchase with the code ‘mckenz20us’.
I’m wearing a size Small in this jumpsuit and it is definitely a bigger size Small. It’s got super long legs so I popped on my gold block heels to add a little extra height to my look. It is the most flattering style on, elongating the legs and showing off toned arms. The ruffle on the front and back is absolutely stunning as well.
To coordinate with the heels, I popped on all of my favorite gold jewelry: statement earrings, my Target cuff, and a cute gold-plated choker from one of my new favorite boutiques, Sonder Letter.

Well, that’s all for these dressy outfit ideas featuring some of my new pieces! Which one is your favorite?! I’m torn between the jumpsuit and the denim dress because they are both just so flattering on. Let me know yours below along with any other questions, comments, or requests you may have for me. Thanks so much for stopping by; have a fabulous Friday!
With love, McKenz
