Building the perfect fall wardrobe is easy when you have a few guidelines! Today I’m sharing ten pieces that you need in your closet this season as well as a few links to shop similar items. After, I’ll be sharing how I’ve styled these ten items in four, fall ready, outfit ideas!
Super soft, solid colored tunics are essential for this time of year. I knotted this olive-green one and paired it with the cutest black ripped skinny jeans. Mules are the easiest shoe to slip on and go and look adorable with this look. A floppy hat was the perfect piece to accessorize with and gold Alex and Ani’s completed the look.

This is by far one of my favorite looks and outfit combinations. I have endless fitted turtlenecks in my closet because they are the easiest piece to work with during the fall time. One of my favorite ways to style them is tucked into a pair of jeans – I went with patchwork ones for the fall time. I then pop over a piece of outerwear; today I reached for this off-white, knit sweater vest. The booties perfectly coordinated with the turtleneck which completely pulled this look together.

There’s nothing better than a comfy flannel. There are endless ways to style them but one of my favorite combinations by far is with a cardigan layered over top. I went for a peach hue that matched the colors in the flannel and threw on a denim skirt to mix it up a bit. Cognac Steve Madden wedges gave this look a little lift.

This is one of my go-to outfit combinations when I’m looking for something quick and easy that’s still stylish. I’m such a fan of the oversized look of this sweater and it pairs perfectly with some classic, high-waisted skinny jeans and my cut out booties. Statement earrings were the way to go and a few simple, gold jewels accented this look just the way I had envisioned.
