Comfy Back To School Outfit Ideas

As the school year nears I’m reminded of how much I love dressing for this time of year. I’ve always loved getting all dolled up for the day but as I prepare for my first year of college I’ve found myself gravitating towards comfier looking pieces. I know that everyone says casual style is best come college so today I’m sharing three outfit ideas with my own spin on ‘casual’. These looks are comfortable and yet still scream my style! The best part is, they are all from SheIn so everything is super affordable too.

Go-To Jumpsuit

I have a jumpsuit similar to this one that I picked up from TJ Maxx a while back. It’s one of my favorites because of how comfortable it is. This one from Shein is so comfy. It’s got a wrap style top that snaps so that there’s not too much skin showing. It sinches with an elastic waistband at the smallest part of your waist and the legs are a loose, free flowing jogger style. I pulled them up to hit just at my ankles. I popped on some cute espadrilles and some classic gold accessories to complete my look. I love this look for class, lounging around, or running errands! This is a staple piece as it can easily be dressed up or down.

Two Piece Set

In my opinion, two piece sets are the easiest way to look put together! They are such a no brainer if you’re looking for something easy to throw on before heading out the door. I love this one from SheIn. It’s got a little cropped zip up top. I love this with high waisted denim too! The pants on this are a pleated, raw hem leg. They are so comfy and basically a trendy way to feel like you’re wearing sweatpants. I added sandals and my favorite hoops to dress the look up a bit. Pop on a cardigan if you get cold/have a dress code and you’re ready to go!

Trendy Pattern

Camo has been my absolute go-to as of lately! I am such a sucker for the trendy print and think that it can look super cute when worn correctly. I’m styling this strapless, jogger style jumpsuit with the same espadrilles as before. They are so comfortable and add just enough height for something fun. I’m wearing this as I type this and can honestly say it’s one of the best pieces if you’re looking for something easy, mobile, and trendy all in one. Throw a leather jacket on over top for ultimate cool girl points.
