Fall Season Is Near

Over the summer, whenever someone found out I was going to college in Ohio, the first thing they would ask me is, “you know it’s cold there, right?!”. Although it’s been pretty hot here my first few days, the weather is significantly different than what I’m used to in Maryland. It’s much cooler here in the mornings, there’s little humidity, and tomorrow the high isn’t even seventy-five. I love the warmth but know it’s going to cool down much faster here. Which is why today I’m sharing some fall ready fashion finds from Chicwish.

Chicwish is an online retailer that sells adorable pieces. They are a bit pricier than what I usually share but the quality of their pieces is unmatched. This was my first time receiving anything other than a dress from them and I was so pleasantly surprised by the pieces. I think you’re going to love them too.

Leopard Love

I’ve been on a total leopard kick this season for obvious reasons. Nothing is trendier than this fun print! I love that it has made it’s way through the seasons this year. This sweater is the best. I got it in a size medium, thinking their winter clothes may run of the smaller side and I definitely could have gone with the small. However, I love the oversized feel to this sweater. I paired it with jeans and some platform sandals. This is an awesome way to start transitioning into the fall months. I’m wearing simple statement earrings to complete my look. This would look adorable over a black denim skirt paired with over the knee boots too.

Window Panes

This window pane sweater is easily the thickest, softest sweater I’ve ever received; I was more than impressed with the quality of this piece! It’s got a super boxy fit to it and I’m really gad that I sized up. I love a good mock neck and with the sleeves rolled up, it gives this sweater a really easy, relaxed feel. I paired this with black ripped skinny jeans and some black mules for a classy yet trendy look. Obviously, it wouldn’t be a styledbymckenz outfit without statement earrings to pull the look together.

Cozy Cardi

I’m such a cardignan person. I find myself popping one over my tank and jeans all the time, especially during baseball season as it starts to cool down at night. This one is super long and oversized so it’s got the perfect cozy feel to it. I’m wearing it over my favorite smocked top and jeans. These Chinese Laundry heels are the cutest and paired with shell accessories you’ve got the perfect easy, beachy outfit to remind you of summer as you transition into cooler temps.

Pink Fluff

I hate to talk about jackets so early, but that time of year will be here before we know it! And truthfully, I’d rather bear the cold in style! This pink coat is amazing. I definitey could have sized down to the small but overall I love the fit of it. It hits right at my knees and buttons up the front. It’s not a sherpa material but it’s also not a wool like material; I’d say it’s the perfect in between. I love the pink becuase it’s an easy way to make a statement. I threw it right over top of this all black look. My shoes are the best leopard mules from Dolce Vita!
