It’s no secret I share a lot of different styles and brands here on the blog— I like to showcase a variety! Each month I share some of my Chicwish finds and this month I was blown away with the pieces that showed up on my doorstep (more like the counter of my mailroom, lol). Chicwishis on the pricier side of pieces I share here on the blog but their quality is seriously unmatched! I cannot even begin to explain how soft and well made their pieces are. I’m so excited about these fall finds I have to share with you today.
The first step is admitting you have a problem… so this is me, admitting I have a leopard problem. At this point, every single clothing order I place there’s at least two leopard items within the bunch. I wore this outfit to class the other day and it was super cute for our first chilly day here in Ohio. This cardigan is super long making it very warm. It’s got really deep pockets that even fit my vlog camera which I really appreciated and it looked super cute thrown over a plain black bodysuit. I love a longer cardigan paired with jeans and simple shoes. These black mules were my go-to last year and have already been a favorite this fall.

Alright, alright… so if you’ve been following me from the start, you’d know that I like to think I’m a hat girl. I don’t really wear hats all that often, in fact it’s a rarity I wear them in public but I think I look pretty good in them. Either that, or my dad has been lying to me for years! Regardless, this cabby hat was under $5 and came in my latest SheIn order and I mean come on, how cute!!! does it look with this outfit?! I was unsure about it at first and now I am sold. This sweater from Chicwish is quite possibly the thickest sweater I own now, and I mean it. I wish I had this last baseball season while I was freezing my tush off. You could easily add a fitted turtleneck underneath for some cute, subtle layering. I’m wearing it as is for now with ripped black jeans. My flats are a Dolce Vita favorite from last fall that are super cute and comfortable.

I have a love/hate relationship with midi skirts. Sometimes I feel like they look adorable on me and other times I feel like I’m wearing a sack. This is one of those times that I really liked the way it looked. This animal print skirt is suede so it’s seriously the softest thing ever. It was a tad big on me around the waist, so I’m wearing it a little lower than I usually would but I still think it looks super cute. I paired it with a black bodysuit from Express and my favorite block heels from Target that I never shut up about. But seriously, if you find a pair of heels that has lasted you over three years and is still just as good as when you got them, you probably should be praising them from the rooftops too.

Falling in love with this look and it’s making me wish it were chilly enough to actually wear it! This sweater is so different from anything else I own. It’s got a super wide cut to it that makes it almost like a poncho/cape type of situation but it’s got armholes! I love the way it fits and with the turtleneck it was calling my name. This is so comfortable, kind of like wearing a blanket so beware, you will be so cozy when wearing it. I paired it with dark wash skinny jeans and broke out my over the knee boots for the first time this year. I felt they really completed this look and let’s be real… that cabby hat was too cute to only be wearing once!

You didn’t think you’d get a blog post from me without a little yellow, did you?! Never! This quality of this chunky knit cardigan is incredible and reminded me why Chicwish’s products are unmatched. I got a size medium in this cardigan and it’s the perfect fit. It’s slouchy and yet doesn’t swallow me at the same time. I paired it with this yellow tank I have from SheIn. It’s a cute little top from the summer that with a cardigan, can easily be rotated into my fall wardrobe. Mules are my go-to for the sandal to boot transition and pair perfectly with my yellow top. I added some of my favorite gold earrings from Walmart to complete my look. (Don’t sleep on my Walmart earrings— they are only $4 a pair and score me more compliments than I could ever count!)

I mean, I’m not saying you need any of these items buttttt you need these items! They are the best round of things I have received from Chicwish and I am so eager to wear them to my classes once the weather cools off a bit. Check out some of their other pieces here.
Oh my gosh, I almost forgot! Sophie and I have been shooting looks together multiple times a week since we got to school. We probably take over 500 photos of one another each week and yet we somehow have never taken a real photo together?! So here’s our first official picture taken together via a super nice stranger we stopped on her walk home from class!
Alright, everyone! That’s going to be all for today’s Chicwish styling post. If you decide to order from Chicwish you definetly won’t regret it. Let me know what other styling blog posts you’d like to see in the future. Hope you’re having a great week.
With love, McKenz
