I’ve been in college for a month and a half now and one of the hardest adjustments has been getting used to walking everywhere! The location of my dorm and classes leaves me walking an average of five miles a day and my everyday routine has been killing my feet. Which is why I was so excited when Off The Beaten Track reached out to me in hopes to collaborate.
If you’re unfamiliar with Off The Beaten Track, they are a women’s casual shoe brand designing for the women who knows you “can’t see the world from the seat of a bus, berth of the train, the railings of a boat or the porthole of a plane”. This global footwear brand is designed for those constantly on the go. With their comfortable designs, high quality materials, and earth-inspired leathers there shoes aren’t just a brand they are a lifestyle.
I was so excited to choose two adorable pairs to share, review, and style for you today. This company has been such a pleasant surprise and is making my walking routine here at Kent a lot more enjoyable. I think you’re going to love the styles I’m sharing today.
I was instantly drawn to these boots because they are such a unique height! These low-calf boots are the perfect in between height of booties and riding boots. They are made with wrapped leathers and the color is so unique! These have a double stacked heel that adds just enough height to the look. They look classy and feminine without being uncomfortable like a lot of heeled boots. These have a soft lining and a back zipper detail for easy on and off.
I’m wearing my boots with a simple white sweater and ripped skinny jeans from Express. I love adding tall socks to my fall looks that match my sweater so I added a white pair. They look super cute peeking out of my new boots! I accessorized with some fun crochet statement earrings and my favorite Kendra Scott necklace. The best part of this look is that I look so stylish and yet am comfortable thanks to my new boots. I know these will become my go-to on long school days and am thinking I may need to pick them up in black too.

I’ve always loved slip on sneakers but truthfully they are a shoe style I hardly ever reach for because of how uncomfortable they are. I have tried to give them chances time and time again but they constantly cut up the backs of my heels and leave me with blisters. I was so pleasantly surprised by these cute sneakers! I walked around for hours in these without socks and had no problems whatsoever. They provided support for my flat foot and had no slipping issues which I was so excited about.
These sneakers can easily be dressed up or down and are a wardrobe staple if you’re a college student since they are so easy to slip on and go in! I’m wearing them with joggers and a sweatshirt as I type this but am styling them with a cute cropped sweater and some of my favorite ripped skinny jeans here for a nicer outfit idea. Whether you’re bumming it, heading to class, or are dressing up you can surely make these sneakers work. The faint silver sparkle is just enough to add a little sass into your life! I’m obsessed and want the tan pair too.
