Can you believe Thanksgiving is just two weeks away?! I know I can’t! I’m so ready to head home for a few days for some family time and yummy food. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays to dress for. I feel like more than any other holiday, it’s a time where everyone likes to get all dressed up and snap a few cute pictures for the gram. I’m not judging; I do it too!
Today I’m teaming up with SheIn to share four Thanksgiving ready outfit ideas. And if none of these outfits strike your fancy, you can’t go wrong with a sweatshirt and sweatpants for the big day— those are what we call the best “eating clothes” hahah.
I feel like jeans and a sweater is the classic holiday outfit combo. You can never go wrong with it! I chose this sweater because it’s got all the fall hues to it— brown, burnt orange, and a little bit of blush. I love a chunky turtleneck and something loose is always preferred for Thanksgiving. For some reason, when I think of Thanksgiving I think of flared jeans so that’s what I’m going with for today’s look. I added a pair of blush pink booties to match my sweater and called it a day for this super simple outfit idea. You totally could wear this sweater with leggings and over the knee boots too if you’re wanting something a bit cozier.

Wanting to step things up a notch? I think a hat is the best way to spice up your outfit. It adds a little something extra without totally changing the dynamic of your look. This striped sweater was too cute not to pick up from SheIn! I love the way it paired with these black ripped skinny jeans. I also love these black booties and thought they were the perfect addition to this outfit. I added a tan hat to keep this outfit from screaming “Halloween”. I feel like every girl owns a striped sweater and black jeans so this outfit should be an easy one to recreate!

Gradually working our way up to the fanciest outfit! This outfit is what I’d call half way there. You can’t go wrong with a black turtleneck bodysuit. This is the easiest piece in the book to start out with since there’s so much you can do with it. I threw on this fun midi skirt over top. I think the burnt orange is the prettiest color for Thanksgiving and with the fun animal print to it you’ve got the cutest combination. I’m wearing those same black booties to complete my look. Gold accessories and some fun hair pins are the perfect addition.

Let’s be real, the runway of Thanksgiving is making your way from the couch to the dinner table but you know I’ll be making my grand appearance in an outfit as extra as this one. I got this black dress from SheIn a couple months ago and have been saving it for the perfect occasion. It’s the cutest dress with sheer tights so I figured now would be the perfect time to pull it out. This faux fur coat is another recent SheIn find that blew me away. The quality of this coat is soooo good and it’s the softest thing ever! I love the light pink and it paired perfectly with my Marc Fisher go-go booties. I seriously don’t think an outfit could get more fabulous than this! Now let’s hope I can convince my twin sister to pull up in something as over the top as me.
