Getting Cozy For The Holidays 

With the holidays right around there corner, it’s about time I start sharing some holiday-inspired outfit ideas with you. Today I’m starting a bit more casual and am sharing some of my latest Chicwish sweaters. These cozy pieces are perfect for everyday wear and could easily be dressed up for some of the more laid-back holiday festivities that are near!

Windowpane 

I’m a sucker for a mock neck sweater and this is one of my favorites. I have a similar windowpane sweater from Chicwish and love it so when I saw this one I just had to have it. I love this print and think it’s perfect for the holidays. I decided to pair this sweater with jeans and black over the knee boots. This is the perfect combination if you’re looking to keep the same sweater + jeans combination but want something on the dressier side. I think this look is the cutest for a holiday party or dinner with friends! Add some gold earrings and you’re good to go.

Holiday Red 

Needing something perfect for the holiday season? Red is a good place to start. This pop of color screams Christmas time and a shade like this one looks great on a variety of different skin tones. I’m pairing mine with a faux fur vest. I love faux fur because it reminds me of my aunt and brings back so many happy memories. This vest is a great way to dress up your outfit. I’m wearing some taupe over the knee boots to pair with the vest and accessorizing with the same gold earrings as before. This is another great outfit idea for the holiday festivities coming up!

Chunky + Oversized 

I love this chunky, oversized sweater. I have so many cute ones in my closet but none with a pocket which is why this one caught my eye. I love the fit of this and although I’m pairing it with jeans and cute little booties here, I think it would be super cute with leggings and sneakers too for a little travel look! I don’t have a ton of gray either so this one was calling my name. This is definitely on the more casual side but if you’re wanting to look cute and casual for a holiday lunch or club meeting at school, this is totally fitting.

Sweater Dress 

Want to wear a sweater but want to ditch the pants? Sweater dresses are the easiest way to get around that. I love them for dressier occasions, especially around the holidays. I wore one for Thanksgiving last week and will likely reach for one this Christmas! I love the windowpane print on this— such a classic. To give the dress a bit more shape, I’m belting it at the waist and popping on some black over the knee boots. Black booties and tights would be cute too if you’re somewhere a bit chillier.

Cable Knit 

A cute cable knit sweater is another style that every girl needs in their wardrobe! I’ve been trying to branch out from white and black sweaters but clearly I cannot avoid the neutrals! I don’t have a light tan turtleneck so this was a must. I tucked the front into my favorite flared jeans from Express. Throwing in some pops of leopard to spice it up a bit. I love these heeled booties to give the look some height and a matching belt to pull the look together. Leopard is the perfect print for this time of year—or anytime really!
