New Years Outfit Inspo

By now I’m sure you know what a huge fan I am of Off The Beaten Track shoes. They have been my saving grace throughout my first year of college and are truly the best option if you’re looking for something comfortable and stylish. And trust me, I don’t say that lightly.

Off The Beaten Track is a casual shoe brand designing for women who are constantly on the go. With their comfortable designs, high quality materials, and earth-inspired leathers their shoes aren’t just a brand they are a lifestyle. Their ‘Bushnell Wedge Sandals‘ are one of their most popular styles. The well known wedge got a bit of a face lift for the holidays— with a newly released Iridescent color, this shoe is the perfect option to sport for the holidays.

Like I mentioned, this is one of Off The Beaten Track’s most popular styles! In fact, when most of my friends found out I was working with Off The Beaten Track they were all so excited for me; most of them own this specific style since it is so popular down in the south. And for good reason; not only are these shoes super cute but they are the best shoes for long wear.

The Iridescent strap to these is so different from every other shoe I own! I think these are super cute and are especially perfect for the holiday season— specifically New Years Eve. New Years is one of those days you really don’t want to be stuck in unbearable footwear; you’ll likely be standing a good part of the night! Wedges are the perfect route to go if you want the look of a heel; these are easier to walk in and with more support your feet will be comfortable for hours.

Another thing I love about these wedges is there are no buckles or clasps! Those tend to rub the side of my foot which is why I’m so appreciative of the elastic band that simply slips on the back of your foot. Although these don’t buckle on, they don’t slip around as you walk around. I would however, recommend going up half a size! I found that my toes just reached the edge and a half size up would have given these an even better fit.

I decided to skip a dress and went straight for jeans. Not only will they keep you warmer but they’re much easier to move it. I mean, who doesn’t want to break it down on the dance floor over the holidays?! Black jeans are my go-to wash when I’m unsure where to start. These jeans are a high waisted, full length fit from Express Factory.

I went ahead and paired the jeans with a cropped, sequin tank. No New Years outfit is complete without a little sparkle! This was the perfect tank to pair with those wedges. I popped on some blush faux fur to give the outfit a little texture and some additional sass! How cute did this look come together?! Throw on some rose gold accessories and you’re good to go.
