With summer in full swing for so many of us I figured now was the perfect time to share another swimwear review. Today on my YouTube channel I’m sharing a Romwe swimwear haul. I’ve partnered with them countless times now but have never tried their swimwear. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. With all fifteen of the swimsuits being under $15, it’s truly a price you cannot beat!
Similar to my SheIn swimwear haul that went viral, I decided to dedicate a whole blog post to these Romwe swimsuits. I want you to be able to see each swimsuit on as well as have a place that you can refer back to for links, sizing information, and all that jazz. I will be covering it all today!
All of the swimsuits shared in today’s blog post are being tried on and reviewed in this YouTube video. If you want to see more try on hauls and clothing reviews be sure to give this video a like and hit the subscribe button. I am so close to 10K subscribers and would love to have you join the fun!
The number one question I get regarding swimwear off of affordable sites like Romwe and SheIn is sizing. For those of you wondering I am wearing the smallest size available in each of the suits. That means if they offer an XS, I am wearing an XS. If the smallest size offered in that suit is a Small than I am wearing a Small.
Want to find a swimsuit that fits you best? Here’s how to do so successfully.
I’ve got every kind of suit today— high rise, low rise, one-piece, strapless, you name it! I wanted to grab a wide variety of styles that way whatever your preference may be, I have an option that works for you. For the sake of this post, I will be going in color order.
This was the only one piece I grabbed this time around and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by it. It’s got a velvet, corduroy like material to it that was is so unique and different from any other swimsuit I have. I’m not sure how comfortable this suit would be after it gets wet, though. The chain straps and belted torso are fun accents. The bustier-style cups are super supportive and would work well with any cup size. This could easily be worn as a bodysuit with some denim shorts.
This swimsuit is easily the most comfortable one in my collection. The elastic bands are insanely stretchy so the fit of this one is fantastic. However, the bottoms are extremely skimpy in the back, so much so that I don’t think I would ever wear these out of the house. I will be swapping the bottoms for a pair of solid black ones. The top is super flattering and has a fun tie detailing along the back of it.
I have this suit in the black version and it’s one of my favorites. This is my favorite style swimsuit top as there are no self-ties, clasps, or anything of that sort; so, this top feels super secure with no chance of it falling off in the water. The straps are adjustable and the bottoms have thin sides and cheeky coverage. This is a great suit to tan in!
My twin sister Madison had me grab this one for her since I have it in yellow. It’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea and it’s certainly a skimpy suit but it is fun! The ruched cups slide along the self-tying strings as do the bottoms. This allows you to sinch the fabric however you wish! Definitely not a practical suit to swim in but it’s awesome for pictures!
I would give this swimsuit an 11/10 if I could. This was hands down my favorite one of the bunch. Something about a cap-sleeved swimsuit just gets me every time; I love the vintage, seventies feel to this. The bottoms are a high rise, high cut fit that are super flattering. If you are in-between sizes, I would recommend going up in this one!
This cup style is super popular this season. I shared a few of these in my SheIn swimwear haul and so many of you picked them up. This style is definitely cute for tanning but it’s very impractical for swimming as the cups aren’t very tall making it very easy to have a slip-up. Although this style does have underwire to it, it’s not crazy supportive so I would not recommend this style if you are larger than a B cup. The bottoms of this pair were also a little too loose on me.
I just loved this suit; I think the dainty floral print is the cutest! This is a string, triangle style top with ruffled straps that are adorable. The bottoms are a moderate coverage. No complaints about this suit and it’s one that could fit just about anyone!
I rave about this swimsuit all the time on my channel. It comes in ten other colors and I have a few of them myself. This is a very family-friendly suit and it’s practical for both tanning and swimming purposes. The top is my favorite style scoop neck with no self-ties or clasps and the bottoms are pretty thick. The sarong that comes with this one is too cute and is such a fun touch for photos or as a coverup!
I was pleasantly surprised by this snakeskin bikini. It’s got a tighter fit to it than some of the other suits which left me feeling super secure. I love a one-shoulder top, especially with a high rise fit to the bottoms. This swimsuit comes with a stretchy band that, although looks attached, you put on separately. I’m not really sure of its purpose but it is a cute touch to the suit.
Another very family-friendly suit that is also great for younger teens who are just transitioning into padded swimwear! I absolutely love the lemon print and the back of this top has so many fun criss-cross details. The bottoms are a low rise, full coverage fit. This was a great swimsuit all around and is not see-through at all.
This is easily one of my favorite swimsuits in my entire collection. The material of this is insanely thick and this suit has got a very structured feel to it. The top is similar to that pale orange, underwire one from earlier but the coverage on this one is a lot greater. This one actually has a decent amount of support to it. The thick straps are adjustable and the bottoms are moderate coverage.
Awesome suit for pictures, terrible suit for anything else. As cute as this criss-cross snakeskin suit is, I cannot imagine anyone ever wanting this tan line or being able to swim in this successfully, considering you cannot lift your arms more than six inches without having a serious underboob issue, lol. Great color on me though!
I love a good high rise swimsuit and have been eyeing this leopard one for quite some time now. Because this swimsuit is raw cut it’s a little looser than some of the other styles. I prefer a swimsuit with a seam along the legs to make me feel a bit more secure, however that is just a personal preference.
These bottoms are super high rise and very full coverage all around: hips and butt! The top to this does not have a clasp along the back so it’s just a simple tube of fabric. I noticed that this suit was much thinner than the others in this haul and definitely felt a bit cheaper.
I have this swimsuit in multiple different colors and it is one of my favorites by far. If you are looking for a trusty, high-rise style grab this one. The top is super flattering and has the cutest ring detailing along the center. The bottoms are the perfect amount of high cut and are a fuller coverage making this suit very family-friendly. This color will also make your tan pop big time!
