My days of managing high school baseball are long gone, but my obsession with yellow sure isn’t. If you’ve been around since those days you’d remember my game day superstition— I had to be wearing a yellow outfit which meant I was dressed in the color practically every other day.
A few yellow outfit ideas are long overdue so that’s what I’m sharing with you today! I have to admit, I felt so myself in these looks and it was so fun going “back to my roots” to style my favorite color. A majority of the pieces I’m sharing today are from Zaful. Stay tuned to the end for an additional swimwear review + a coupon code so you can save some money!
Headed out to dinner? Shopping? Brunch with the girls? This look could seriously work for all of the above and is the perfect outfit idea regardless of what you’re up to. Start off with a cute wrap top. These are so easy to dress up or down and are so comfortable. This one ties along the front and has a sweet ruffle detail along the sleeves. I am obsessed with the fit of this!
It’s definitely on the more cropped side so a pair of high rise denim is a must. These jeans are my absolute favorite pair ever from Express. They have a super high waisted fit to them and are straight leg which elongates the legs big time. They have a raw cut that sits right at the ankle which makes a chunky heel the perfect addition to your look. I’ve had these yellow heels for ages now and they are some of my favorites by far! Throw on a pair of hoops and you’re good to go!

If I’m not reaching for a full-on yellow look, I’m almost always adding a subtle pop somewhere to my look. One of my favorite ways to do so is by starting off with a casual summer outfit. For instance, this ribbed crop top is a new favorite. Not only is it super thick but it’s got the perfect fit to it. Pair it with some ripped high waisted shorts and you’ve got the easiest outfit combination in the book.
For the pop of yellow, I’m reaching for some of my favorite espadrilles. I wore these religiously throughout my high school baseball days and they are still a favorite of mine when paired with a simple outfit. I popped on some yellow earrings and a few gold accessories to complete the look.

I love a good monchrome moment and while some may think this amount of yellow is “overkill” it’s definitely one of my favorite ways to wear this happy color. If you’ve got a deep tan like mine, this color will be so flattering on you! I love this tasseled set. Not only can the pieces be worn together but they would look great separately too.
I’m wearing those same chunky heels from before! Although these shoes are a bit taller than my average heel they are so comfortable thanks to the chunky platform. If you’ve got a favorite color, don’t be afraid to rock it all together.

I am so excited to be partnering with Zaful over on my YouTube channel today! I am sharing a summer try on haul including some of the clothing items from above + some swimsuits. I hope you find this haul/review helpful. Be sure to hit the subscribe button so you don’t miss out on daily uploads throughout the month of June!
In addition to those few cute pieces pictured above, Zaful sent over a handful of new swimsuits as well. I absolutely adore Zaful suits and have been wearing their stuff for years. So many of you requested that I try out some of their new styles so I did!
I will be honest, Zaful’s sizing is a bit trickier than SheIn! They have one standard size chart and do not always provide the individual measurements for each swimsuit. I recommend taking your measurements and then looking at their standard size chart to see where your measurements fall.
Make sure to read the reviews under each swimsuit and look at the pictures that other people have posted. If the swimsuit happens to run on the larger side or is smaller in coverage, most people will let you know!
With that being said I am wearing the smallest size available in each of these suits. If an XS is offered, I’m wearing the XS; if not, I am wearing the small!
Leaving my measurements here for reference as I know many of you have a similar body shape and are wondering what size to choose.
I have linked all of the items featured in today’s haul throughout this blog post. Simply click on an article of clothing and it will take you to the item on Zaful’s website. If you want to save an extra 18% off your entire Zaful purchase you can use my code ZFDCT at checkout!
Well, that’s going to be a wrap for today’s post. I had so much fun breaking out the yellow again today and of course, sharing some more swimsuits with you. Make sure you check out today’s YouTube video for my full, in-depth Zaful review. I hope you enjoyed today’s post!
