Weekly Wrap Up #45 2020

Holy cow!!!!!! Never in my college career have I had a busier week than this one. As you know, I got back to Kent on Friday night which meant this was my first week getting “back into the swing of things”. We had big/little reveal on Friday afternoon which meant we gave baskets throughout the beginning of the week. I took two littles (twins) and I couldn’t love them more!

I had two exams, posted double the number of blog posts and YouTube videos I typically post, and shot photos almost every single day in hopes to catch-up. My stockpile of photos ran dry while in quarantine so I’ve been working overtime trying to shoot content, film videos, and get holiday content ready for you guys. I don’t think I’ve ever worked harder in my life—it’s been an exhausting yet exhilarating time to say the least!

THIS WEEK’S WEEK IN MY LIFE VLOG

Back in business so you know what that means— back to the week in my life vlogs! Because it was such a crazy week, I wanted to be sure to capture it all on camera. In this week’s vlog I’m sharing tons of blogging behind the scenes, my big/little baskets, getting my littles, preparing for exams and so much more. This vlog was definitely a long one, coming in hot at an hour and a half… I just couldn’t seem to shut up this week, lol. Make sure you hit the subscribe button to stick around!

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK

11.1.20— I enjoyed a slow morning in bed getting my blog post and YouTube video edited for the day. I spent a few hours preparing for gift guide week going live tomorrow, planned out the week in my planner, and did some last-minute shopping for my baskets. I sat down and finally got my big/little baskets done too which was such a relief! I am so happy with how they turned out and can’t wait to give the girls these first pink ones tomorrow.

11.2.20— Oh, what a busy day it was! Got my first gift guide up this morning and then went to Hobby Lobby to pick up the last of my basket goodies. I then sat down and got a few hours of studying in for my exams on Wednesday and completed a few other assignments for my Fashion Fabrics class. Lauren helped me shoot some outfits this afternoon and I posted them to the blog just hours later. Spent my evening editing another gift guide in bed!

11.3.20— I had an early morning photoshoot with Sophia today! We headed downtown and each shot a handful of outfits which was so fun. I spent my entire afternoon studying for my exams and got my guy’s gift guide live on the blog and YouTube. I made the yummiest shrimp tacos for dinner and my roommates and I spent the night watching the election updates together on the news and chatting with one another.

11.4.20— I’ve been cranking out all kinds of photos this week as I play the “catch up” game. My girls Liv and Nat were on photo duty today and we snapped some fun photos downtown together. They were the best, and also delivered a set of baskets to my littles tonight too! I took two exams this afternoon, made my first crockpot dinner, and had a spontaneous Dairy Queen run to finish off the day.

11.5.20— Up and at em bright and early this morning getting my last gift guide up for the week! I had two classes today followed by a meeting with Kent’s Bumble team. I then headed to Nuevo Sol, a tanning salon here in Kent, to get a spray tan for my upcoming photoshoots. It turned out awesome; they are the best! Spent my night doing what I do best, editing in bed lol. Oh, and got my last big-little basket ready to go for tomorrow.

11.6.20— After getting another blog post and YouTube video up this morning I got ready for a big day of filming. Today I knocked out three different try-on hauls and it felt amazing! I then got ready for big/little reveal! I expanded the fam today after taking two littles, Sophia and Logan. I couldn’t love them more and am so excited to see our friendship flourish over the next few years. Our fam went to Brickhouse for dinner and we spent the night hanging out with one another. 10/10 day all around!

11.7.20— Spent all morning working on a project for my Social Media Strategies class and then got ready for another day of photos. I promise I’m not insane, lol just trying to get back on track and stock-pile some photos for the coming weeks! My roommates from last year, Olivia and Lauren, headed to a parking garage here in Kent with me and we took some photos together as well as a few extra looks for the blog. I then took some wedding guest photos with Griffith, did some journaling in the sun, and sent Nat off to the bars for her 21st birthday! It was another jam-packed day.
