The first few days back to school are always so chaotic. Between grabbing textbooks, unpacking, and catching up with friends I always expect to be running around like a chicken with my head cut off, lol. I’ve barely had a second to catch my breath let alone shoot new content so today I’m rounding up a few looks I’m loving courtesy of some ~unseen~ outfits sitting in my camera roll.
It’s certainly no secret that I love a good turtleneck! This white one is a hidden gem from SheIn; I have it in a few colors because it’s just that good. Not only is this sweater incredibly soft but it has just the right amount of crop so it pairs perfectly with high waisted jeans.
These cropped flare jeans from Express are hands down my most worn pair in my collection. I wore them all summer long with sandals and heels and they’ve easily transitioned into the winter with leather booties. I have on a nude pair from SheIn—they are so comfortable and the heel is just the right height for everyday wear. I popped on my favorite felt hat and a pair of butterfly earrings for a little color coordination.

My Pinterest boards have been flooded with blazers and collared shirts these days and obsessed is an understatement. There’s something so appealing about putting a modern twist on workwear pieces. I’ve had this plaid blazer in my closet for months now and am finally getting around to styling it. This Princess Polly piece would layer beautifully over a button-up or sweater vest but I’m switching things up and wearing a plunging bodysuit underneath. Such an oxymoron and yet this combo looks incredible!
Again I’ve got on a pair of cropped flare Express jeans—this time a darker wash. For shoes, I’ve slipped into my all-time favorite black sock booties. Because this blazer gives off dressier vibes, I figured a pointed shoe would tie this look together perfectly. Don’t forget to add gold hoops, a few rings, and a dainty necklace to complete the outfit.

Although a denim jumpsuit is most definitely not a need, it was definitely on my “want” list. This killer piece is a part of SheIn’s new Basics line and the quality is insane! Not only does this jumpsuit fit me like a glove, but the denim is structured yet still comfortable.
To add a little spice to this outfit I cuffed the pant legs and popped on my chunkiest pair of black booties. Although these heels look very high, the soles are super thick which makes them easy to walk in. I’m in love with the shiny PU leather finish. To accessorize I reached for a black crocodile baguette bag. This is another favorite and it’s under $10 with my code Q4mckenz15.

I know… sort of a random combination of outfits but I loved them all for their own reasons and figured they deserved their moment too—better late than never, right?! Let me know which look is your favorite in the comments below along with any other requests you may have for me. My first photoshoot back in Kent is tomorrow so I’ll be back to regularly programmed outfits in no time. Keep your eyes peeled for Valentine’s Day outfit ideas—I promise they are coming soon upon popular demand!
With love, McKenz
