The Best Airbnb For A Girls Weekend In Nashville

I got back from the most amazing trip to Nashville, Tennessee about a week ago and have been dying to spill the details of it all. As you may know, I also went to Nashville in May, staying at The Gallatin Hotel with my sweet YouTube friend Devon. We had an absolute blast but I was dying to go back and show my mom all the magic of Music City.

She’s been itching to visit Nashville for many years now so for Mother’s Day I booked her a plane ticket and secured a stay at The Holiday House. Not only is this adorable Airbnb listing in a great location, but it’s also got photo ops in every corner. If you’re trying to plan the perfect girls’ weekend, bachelorette, or 21st birthday—look no further; this house has it all!

THE LOCATION

The Holiday House is just a block away from 12 South, one of Nashville’s prime areas. There are tons of shops, murals (perfect for photoshoots!), and restaurants within walking distance including a few personal favorites: Jeni’s Ice Cream, Bar Taco, and Frothy Monkey.

Of course, most of the action happens downtown. From the Holiday House, you are just a ten-minute ride to Broadway and The Gulch. Not driving? Uber and Lyft operate 24/7 in Nashville. I personally recommend checking out Earth Ride Share. This woman-owned business is working on reducing its carbon footprint through electric car pick-up. Nothing better than showing up to your destination in a Tesla!

The host, Taylor is the absolute sweetest and was so accommodating throughout our stay. Although The Holiday House is not her primary residence, she is just a phone call or text away.

THE LIVING SPACE

When you first walk in, you’re greeted by the cutest living room fully equipped with bright decor, a comfy couch, and a karaoke machine. 

Sweet details make this place feel like home. 

Although this home comfortably sleeps ten, there are six chairs around the kitchen table. How could you resist that adorable pink velvet?

Wifi is available at this home—and yes, it actually works. 

Although we ate out for all of our meals, the kitchen does come fully stocked with dishes so cooking at home is definitely an option. Plus, there’s a margarita machine!

THE OUTSIDE AREA 

Right off the kitchen is an adorable sunroom. This bright yellow room gets tons of natural light. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. 

Or of course, you can use it as a backdrop for the cutest #nashville photos. 

Out the back door, there is a large deck that’s perfect for hosting your next girls’ weekend. There are comfortable chairs and an umbrella to keep you cool.  Hammock and swing not pictured but they are in the backyard area. 

THE FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS

The first floor has two bedrooms. Here’s a look at bedroom number one with a queen bed.

A bright color palette and thoughtfully placed mirrors make your stay feel extra special.

How cute is room number two? This space has a twin bed on the left and a queen on the right. 

THE FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM

The first floor also has a full bath. Here’s a peek at the counter space and huge glass shower. The Holiday House provides fresh sheets, towels, and luxurious robes for all of its guests. 

THE UPSTAIRS LOFT 

Painted blue steps lead to the upstairs loft! Another awesome photo op. 

Sweet details that greet you at the top! 

Welcome to the loft! This spacious area has three beds (one queen and two twins) + a pull-out couch. Que the slumber party sesh—this is the perfect place to catch up with all of your girls. 

I stayed in the queen bed because DUH. These lanterns are the perfect finishing touch to this space. 

Did I mention there’s also a makeup station? Yep, two stools and tons of counter space in front of a huge mirror make getting ready that much more fun. Of course, I had to try the robes out for myself!

Lots of closet space to store your luggage, linens, and other personal belongings. 

The loft also has a full bath. With two sinks, a shower, and a big ole bath you’ve got it all up here.
