Weekly Wrap Up #39 2021 Week In My Life + Outfits Of The Week
My gosh are the weeks flying! We’ve been in full-blown recruitment mode these last two weeks with Open House + Sisterhood last weekend and Preference + Bid Day this weekend. It’s been awesome getting to meet so many new faces (and subscribers!). I’m so excited to get to know this new pledge class and to make the most of this last year with Alpha Phi.
I’ve got a busy week on the horizon with two friends birthdays’, homecoming, and my first football game of the school year. Trying my best to take in every second…đź’›

Sunday, September 19
Another day of sorority recruitment. We arrived at the Mansh bright and early this morning to kick off Sisterhood round. We spent nearly twelve hours sharing our philanthropy + meeting with new girls. I met some super sweet girls that I hope to see back on Saturday!Â

Monday, September 20
Using Mondays as my reset days lately… started the day off with a long walk around campus. Krista and I ran to the store for a major grocery stock up, I grabbed Lauren a birthday present and scheduled a couple of YouTube videos. I then got dressed and ready to speak to a class of 150 freshmen about my time here at Kent and what it’s like being a fashion merchandising student. I met so many sweet faces and tons of subscribers. Emily came over for dinner and we spent a few hours catching up afterward.

Tuesday, September 21
Learning to love a rainy Tuesday because it makes being stuck in class all day, a little more tolerable. Went to four classes and knocked out tons of schoolwork while sitting in the Fashion School. Made dinner with the roomies, went to a sorority meeting, and filmed a night routine for YouTube!

Wednesday, September 22
Spent a slow morning in the apartment getting a YouTube video + blog post up while doing a few loads of laundry. Spoke to another freshman class before cranking out a few lectures + quizzes for my Fashion Forecasting class. The roomies and I spent the night curled up in bed watching Hotel For Dogs, lol.

After an early morning Professional Seminar class and Computer Apps class, Liv and I drove to Columbus. I had my monthly partnership with the Tanger Outlets to complete and a little shopping was definitely needed. I grabbed some adorable pieces from Express and Aerie that I can’t wait to share. We met up with her boyfriend for an early dinner and had the yummiest cheese curds. It felt so good to finally have some one-on-one time together.

Krista and I were up and at ’em for our early morning walk around campus before getting ready to start the day. I had a few business calls and tons of emails to respond to before grabbing lunch with Emma + Annie. We went to Franklins for their caprese sandwiches! Home to film a few try-ons then back downtown for a photo shoot with the help of my little, Logan.

Back at the marsh today for Preference round of sorority recruitment. We talked to more beautiful faces and sealed the deal on a new pledge class. Can’t wait to see some of these ladies back tomorrow for Bid Day! Woohoo! Spent the evening editing this week’s vlog and eating the yummiest shrimp tacos with my girl gang.
