Weekly Wrap Up #53 2021 Week In My Life + Outfits Of The Week
Well, I know I said last Sunday that I was writing my last Weekly Wrap Up of 2021… it turns out my math was a little off (shocking, I know!) and today I am. Every year we spend the awkward week between Christmas and New Years in New York visiting my mom’s side of the family. We had a very relaxing week with lots of family time + visiting.
For the first time in a very long time, I took the week off from vlogging to just be present. Honestly, it was really nice and we didn’t have too much going on so you didn’t miss much, don’t worry! I still wanted to hop on and recap my last week of 2021—even if my outfits were all rather redundant. Enjoy!

Sunday, December 26
The day after Christmas always feels like a fever dream! Mom and I went down to Bethesda Row this morning to do a few exchanges. I got some super cute new pieces from Gorjana that I can’t wait to wear. The rest of my afternoon was spent packing my suitcase for our trip to New York and editing a few vlogs.

Monday, December 27
Up and at em bright and early this morning for our drive to New York. Every holiday season we go to see my mom’s side of the fam for a few days. We spent the afternoon catching up with everyone and ordered New York pizza and wings for dinner—yum!

Tuesday, December 28
Nothing beats the mall at Grammy’s house! We went first thing in the morning to do a few returns + spend some Christmas cash. Sadly everything I liked at Aerie was sold out but I had success at Ulta. The rest of the fam came over for dinner and we spent the night chatting away.

Wednesday, December 29
Off to our cousin Katie’s new house this morning! It was the cutest. Then downtown for dinner at our favorite restaurant, The Dinosaur. We had the best barbeque and got to see Auggie one last time. We gathered around the tv and watched several different Netflix movies tonight—The Unforgivable was so good.

Thursday, December 30
We grabbed bagels from Brugers this morning and then spent a mellow day in the house watching more movies + catching up on some end-of-the-year blog tasks. With Covid roaring, we decided to stay in most of the week so there wasn’t a whole lot happening. Honestly, it was very relaxing and felt good to do nothing for a change.

Friday, December 31
We said our goodbyes early this morning and then hopped on the road. I spent our entire car ride working on blog posts + editing my end-of-the-year video. I came home to the most insane amount of mail which meant I got to spend the evening trying on new goodies + unboxing fun surprises. Madison and I went to the Manions to watch the ball drop + ring in the New Year.

Saturday, January 1
Spending the first reflecting on what a fantastic six years of Styled by it has been. I was so overwhelmed with sweet messages and texts from friends. I truly could not have asked for a better support system! I spent much of my afternoon setting up my 2022 planner and making new goals. I got to see my sweet friend Lily too for the first time in forever for dinner at the Summer House. It was so good to catch up!
