I know for me, neutrals are all I can think about wearing this time of year. If it’s not white, black, or denim the chances of me wearing it are very slim. These hues are so easy to style and truly work for every occasion. Today I thought I’d round up a few new items I’ve recently added to my collection + give you a little winter outfit inspo. Enjoy!
Been getting all kinds of requests lately for business casual outfit inspiration. I promise I’m working on a larger post but in the meantime, I’ll give you a little outfit inspo to hold you over. I just scored this plaid blazer from Petal and Pup and love it for this time of year. It’s a super lightweight material with no structure or shoulder pads to it, making layering so easy.
Of course, I’ve got an Express Body Contour piece underneath. These are the best pieces to splurge on as they can easily transition from the office to streetwear. I’m reaching for a simple pair of black work pants. These have tons of stretch to them and are super comfortable. Plus that ankle-length hem is perfect with a pair of simple mules.

You can’t go wrong with a leather jacket this time of year. I have a few different ones and have been wearing them nonstop. I especially love this one as it’s got a boxier fit perfect for layers, and is sherpa lined for a little extra warmth. Wear it every day or in the evening for a night on the town.
Express has been killing the denim game recently and just released a bunch of straight-leg jeans. Of course, I had to grab these black ones and they are among some of the most comfortable in my collection. Super stretchy + the perfect amount of high-rise. Plus, they were long enough to wear with a black heeled bootie. I just got these from Petal and Pup and they are the perfect everyday heel height. I’ve worn them to class, the bar, you name.

More business casual for ya! I grabbed these neutral pants thinking they’d be perfect as travel pants only to realize they could also pass in the office. These run incredibly small so I highly recommend sizing up at least one. With that piping along the middle of the legs and a cute flare bottom, these are the ideal bottoms.
To dress them up for work I’ve slipped into a black silk blouse and thrown on a pair of pointed sock boots. These have a little bit of lift to them that’s perfect for a professional space. Of course, no outfit is complete without my favorite Polene purse. I love that you can wear this as a crossbody or on the crook of your arm. Layer on a blazer to keep those arms warm.

I wish I had a first date to go on because this outfit would truly be perfect for it! I grabbed this sweater in the tan a few months ago and immediately fell in love with it. Not only is the silhouette crazy flattering but the material is super thick making the quality of it absolutely insane.
A pair of straight-leg jeans keep things casual and those black booties from before are just right. It’s simple yet classy, making you look polished without trying too hard.

There’s something about this outfit that just screams city stroll. If I were taking my annual trip to New York this outfit would be perfect with a camel knee-length coat and a chunky scarf layered over top.
For the base, start off with a neutral bodysuit and a long, chunky cardigan. Not only are these super on-trend this season, but they’ll keep the bottom half of you extra warm. I reached for a pair of cropped, straight-leg jeans and then slipped into my all-time favorite white sneakers: the Dolce Vita Zinas. These have all kinds of support to them and are the most comfortable walking shoe, especially for the city. Add gold jewels and you’re good to go!
