The roomies and I road tripped to Vegas for a fun girls’ weekend away! It was my first time in Nevada so I got to check another state off the bucket list—woohoo! It’s true what they say—three days and two nights are truly all you need in sin city. Especially, if you’re visiting in the dead of summer when it’s 110 degrees all day every day. It’s safe to say we melted during our time here.
Between some fun dinners, a comedy show, and a whole lot of exploring we had a full weekend, to say the least. I’ll have a travel guide up later this week sharing our full itinerary but for now, I’m breaking down the outfits. I will say, I do love a city where anything goes and Vegas is definitely one of them.
Per usual I’m linking everything for you to shop and providing directions to each photo location so you can recreate some of these shots. Enjoy!

Nothing beats a sparkly dress in Vegas—when I saw this metallic one from Revolve I knew I needed to grab it for this trip. It has an incredible wrap front with a high slit along the side that really elongates the legs. Naturally, I needed to make them look even longer with a pair of platform heels. I got these from Steve Madden a few months back and they are some of my favorites. Although they are tall, they’ve got a flat base that makes them super easy to walk in. Definitely the most comfortable of the heels I brought.
Of course, I had to bring a purse that matched. I carried this one from Polene almost all weekend. It’s a gorgeous crossbody in bone with gold hardware. I especially love this because it fits everything so comfortably. I wore this combination during the daytime but it would have been iconic for a night out at the clubs.

You can’t beat a little black dress for an evening in Vegas. I wanted something a little classier for dinner and a comedy show so I opted for this high neck style. I love the texture of this dress—it adds so much to this classic silhouette. This is a halter-style dress so it has an entirely open back with a cowl scoop. I’m obsessed!
A pop of color was definitely necessary so I reached for my favorite pink pumps. I got these months ago from SheIn and have worn them a gazillion times since. By no means are they the most comfortable shoes but they photograph so well, elongating and slimming the legs in no time. These are dupes of Gucci heels and I love them so much I’ve got them in a few different colors. These scored me a million compliments.

After seeing Elvis with the girls a few weeks ago, we needed to go to the iconic Fabulous Las Vegas sign. I had a vision of us three girls wearing these matching metallic body chain tops in front of it so naturally, we trekked out bright and early to get the shot. We all went for white denim bottoms and a pair of pink platforms.
People looked at us like we were crazy as everyone else was wearing sneakers and tourist wear, but hey, we got the photo and it was a damn good one. This would have been an iconic clubbing fit, although we didn’t end up going out like that.

My favorite piece I got from Revolve was this metallic mini dress. It hugged my figure so well and was just the right length. It caught the light so well and looked super cute in flash photos too. I kept things simple with a pair of heeled pumps for a night at the casino. The perfect fit for a night out in Vegas!

Spending the afternoon walking around the strip, exploring hotels, and eating lunch in Bellagio. I went for something super casual this day—just a bodysuit and denim shorts. This top had a plunging neckline with a bit of boning throughout. While this outfit was definitely the vibe, I was sweating my booty off since this bodysuit is double lined + super thick.
The one thing I really screwed up on this trip was shoes. Platform shoes are amazing for the night time but they aren’t super realistic during the daytime. The only flat shoes I had with me were my Rainbow flip flops so I borrowed Jules’ Gucci slides for the day. As cute as they are, and as comfortable of a height as these heels are, they are a plastic-like material that makes your foot sweat so much. Definitely not ideal if you’re spending the day in 100-degree heat, lol.

On Saturday night we ate at the cutest beach club spot. It was outdoors with Mexico-like decor that was so fun. This hot pink romper was perfect for the spot. Although it’s got a plunging neckline, there’s a lot of material here so it’s not something that’s overly booby. However, combined with the open back, this is an effortlessly sexy piece. I’m completing the outfit with the Steve Madden heel + Polene purse combination I’ve reached for repeatedly.

Nothing screams Vegas white like a feathered top. This one is from Revolve and although it came in a few other colors, pink seemed to be the theme of this trip. This strapless top has bandage material that sucks everything in. It does however run super small so I would definitely recommend sizing up. These cups are double-lined with padding and a bit of underwire so definitely a lot of support going on here.
It’s as hot as can be here so white denim shorts were a must. I’ve had this high-waisted pair from Express for almost a year now and have been reaching for them all summer long. They are the stretch plus material that’s super comfortable and breathable. I popped on another pair of pink platforms to tie the look together, although a sandal would’ve been cute with this too for the daytime!

We had to explore parts of the desert on our way home. Although it was about fifty degrees too hot for this long sleeve dress, I knew it was perfect for this scenery. You just can never go wrong with a white mini dress. This one fits me like a glove and is so soft. With a good ole cowgirl hat, this was the perfect combination for a rooftop photo op. I’m obsessed!

Vegas is one of the most popular cities you guys have requested for my travel outfit guides so I hope that this one gave you all of the outfit inspiration you were looking for. I’m pretty sure Vegas stays hot almost all year round so regardless of when you’re going, these looks are sure to work.
Oh, and don’t forget a swimsuit as you’ll likely be spending some time laying out at the pool. We didn’t have enough time to but it was the number one thing you guys recommended bringing when I asked for requests. I can’t say I’ll be back soon as three days was more than enough for me here but I sure had fun. I hope you enjoyed!
