Florence Outfits + Week In My Life Weekly Wrap Up #48 2022
I’d call this week “crazy” but in all honesty, it wasn’t much different than the rest of my weeks here in Florence, Italy. This semester of studying abroad has truly been the most chaotic, fun, and busy season of life I’ve ever experienced. With just ten days until I’m back in the US and projects piling up, I’m finding the stress starting to kick in but also the excitement—graduation is right around the corner!
Spent this week celebrating fun milestones with lifelong friends, unpacking, repacking, and taking my last trip of the semester. Country #12 of the year was the Netherlands for a fun few days in Amsterdam. More on that later… for now, here’s a glimpse into my week + what I’ve been wearing. Enjoy!

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK
Monday, November 28
We took a red-eye bus from Nice to Florence that arrived at 7:30 am. Which *sadly* meant I had an hour to shower, get ready, and head right to school for my day full of three classes. Sam and I went to one of my favorite restaurants, Gusto Leo, for dinner and explored the city a little bit more. All of the Christmas lights were put up while we were away for the weekend which made things even prettier!

Tuesday, November 29
My California roommates and I reunited in Florence to celebrate my seventh Styledby anniversary a little early and it was so special. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I’d be where I am today, in the middle of Italy so surrounded by love. I may be 4,400 miles away from home but as I look around I’m realizing home is all around me. We had an amazing dinner at Zaza all together then went out for a wild night of fun. I am so lucky to be surrounded by the best!

Wednesday, November 30
Said goodbye to both Sam and Jules today. It’s been so much fun having them here in Europe with me over these last few weeks. I never imagined these strangers would turn into soulmates; I feel so lucky for that. We spent the evening shopping around and trying new foods at the Santa Croche Christmas Market. They just set it up and it’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen.

Thursday, December 1
Made it to Amsterdam, Netherlands for my last weekend trip of the year! We checked into the cutest hotel and then were off to explore. We had a late lunch at the cutest restaurant all decorated for Christmas and spent a few hours popping in and out of local boutiques. Ending our night with a tour of the Anne Frank house—so cool!

Friday, December 2
Hit the town bright and early this morning. We did all the Amsterdam things—took a canal cruise through the city, visited the Sex Museum to learn more about the Red Light district, and spent hours shopping through the 9 Streets. Of course, stopped and had a few yummy meals along the way too! What a day!

Saturday, December 3
Enjoying one last meal in Amsterdam and taking a few pictures on this gloomy Saturday before catching two flights back to Florence. I spent the entire plane ride catching up on blog posts (I’m sorry for being so behind—as you can tell, things have been crazy lately!).

Sunday, December 4
The senioritis has been kicking our booties… we saved two huge projects for the last possible day which meant our entire day 8:00 am-8:00 pm was spent at our desks knocking them out. My brain feels fried but we’re just ten days away from being done with schoolwork forever so no complaints!!!
