6 White Dresses To Wear This Graduation Season

Graduation season is right around the corner which means it’s time to start shopping for the perfect dress! Although certainly not required, it seems most of you are on the hunt for something white to wear on your big day. I ordered tons of options back in December when I was prepping for my own college graduation so I’ve got you covered with all the best options today.

I wish I had discovered this dress before my own graduation because it’s just that good. This has such a chic silhouette. The cap sleeves are such a classic and the slight v-neck gives your chest just enough shape without being too revealing. This seam gives way to the most beautiful pleated skirt. The material hangs so effortlessly, making it the perfect twirling dress.

I truly couldn’t love this outfit more!

Something Mini

I made a Tik Tok featuring these dresses that ended up reaching one million people—to my surprise, this mini dress was the most loved. It’s got a simple neckline with thin adjustable cami straps. The skirt has an adorable asymmetrical ruffle hem. It’s just the right amount of mini—hitting mid-thigh to help elongate the legs!

For shoes, I’m keeping things monochromatic and reaching for my favorite pair of white lace-ups. I’ve had these for a few years now and Lulus keeps restocking them. These are some of the few lace-ups that actually stay up throughout the day. I’ve worn these for lots of special events and on several vacations—they always score me a gazillion compliments!

Sexy Statements

If you’re looking for a fancier dress, this is it! This dress is a structured jacquard that looks absolutely flawless on. This material has virtually no give to it so it does run on the smaller side—I would suggest going up a size to have a little breathing room throughout the bodice.

Admittedly I don’t love the look of puff sleeve dresses underneath a cap and gown but I do love the way this photographs on its own for graduation photos! Definitely a favorite.

All Ruffled Up

This specific dress has been restocked time and time again. It’s one of my favorites with its unique pleated ruffles and one-shoulder detail! This shift-style dress has almost no shape to it, so it looks amazing on everybody. It comes in a few different colors so if you’re wanting to make a statement, this is the one!

Effortlessly Chic

I have always loved a strapless style to show off the collarbone. This beautiful dress is made of stunning lace that’s triple-lined so the quality is insane. Of all the dresses, I like the way this one looks underneath a cap and gown the best!

I switched things up with this outfit, reaching for a nude shoe instead of white. These have a very dainty stick heel so they are a bit harder to walk in than the others but they pair so effortlessly with every outfit. They are true to size and come in a gazillion colors—I also love the idea of wearing a pop of color shoe featuring your school’s colors! So cute.

Very Versatile

If you are looking for a dress that can be worn for numerous occasions after graduation, I highly recommend this baby doll dress. It’s a bit more casual than the rest of the styles due to its lightweight cotton fabric, but it’s a dress that you can re-wear over and over. Style it with sandals and a tote for Sunday brunch or cowboy boots and a hat for a country concert! Not to mention, this silhouette looks amazing on every figure.

For the big day, I’m styling it with a pair of Dolce Vita Paileys—these are hands down the most comfortable heels if you’ll be on your feet all day. They’ve got a shorter heel, a bit of support, and come in a gazillion colors. Dolce Vita is actually the OG braided heel, so all of the other styles on the market right now have been knocking off these. I also suggest bringing a small purse with you to keep your phone, wallet, and keys in while you walk to the stage!
