I just spent the most amazing week in Nashville, Tennessee celebrating my 22nd birthday. I’m a twin and wanted a. place that could fit our whole family, her best friends, and my best friends. This Airbnb sleeps ten and was a no brainer for our rowdy bunch. It’s in amazing location, just a block away from 12 South, one of Nashville’s growing areas. There are tons of shops, murals (perfect for photoshoots!), and restaurants within walking distance including a few personal favorites: Jeni’s Ice Cream, Bar Taco, and Frothy Monkey.

Of course, most of the action happens downtown. From the Holiday House, you are just a ten-minute ride to Broadway and The Gulch. Not driving? Uber and Lyft operate 24/7 in Nashville. I personally recommend checking out Earth Ride Share. This woman-owned business is working on reducing its carbon footprint through electric car pick-up. Nothing better than showing up to your destination in a Tesla!

The host, Taylor is the absolute sweetest and was so accommodating throughout our stay. Although The Holiday House is not her primary residence, she is just a phone call or text away.

THE LIVING SPACE

When you first walk in, you’re greeted by the cutest living room fully equipped with bright decor, a comfy couch, and a karaoke machine. 

Sweet details make this place feel like home. 

Nothing better than having a full dining room. We celebrated our birthday here with cake and pregame drinks! 

Wifi is available at this home—and yes, it actually works. 

The sweetest welcome surprise. The host, Taylor, is so thoughtful! 

It was so convenient having a full kitchen readily available. We were able to keep all of our drinks cold in the fridge + store those late night drunk snacks. This kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a margarita machine, and a dish washer. Taylor also has a Fill The Fridge option available where you’re able to pre-order groceries right to the house to make your stay even more seamless. 

THE OUTSIDE AREA 

Right off the kitchen is an adorable sunroom. This bright yellow room gets tons of natural light. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. 

Or of course, you can use it as a backdrop for the cutest #nashville photos. 

More birthday fun!

Out the back door, there is a large deck that’s perfect for hosting your next girls’ weekend. There are comfortable chairs and an umbrella to keep you cool.  Hammock and swing not pictured but they are in the large backyard area as well. 

THE FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS

The first floor has two bedrooms. Here’s a look at bedroom number one with a queen bed.

How cute is room number two? This space has a twin bed on the left and a queen on the right. Perfect for a little girls night slumber party. I stayed in this room and omg, the beds are so comfortable you won’t want to get up. 

THE FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM

The first floor also has a full bath. Here’s a peek at the counter space and huge glass shower. The Holiday House provides fresh sheets, towels, and luxurious robes for all of its guests. 

THE UPSTAIRS LOFT 

Painted blue steps lead to the upstairs loft! Another awesome photo op. 

Sweet details that greet you at the top! 

Welcome to the loft! This spacious area has three beds (one queen and two twins) and a pull-out couch. Que the slumber party sesh—this is the perfect place to catch up with all of your girls. 

Again, coziest linens ever. You won’t want to leave this place! 

Did I mention there’s also a makeup station? Yep, room for three of you to get ready all at once. We were able spread out comfortable and continue the gossip sash each morning. Best part was that there’s robes too so we could live our best luxe lives while doing so. 

Lots of closet space to store your luggage, linens, and other personal belongings. 

The loft also has a full bath. With two sinks, a shower, and a big ole bath you’ve got it all up here.

Coastal cowgirl core. 

*I also wanted to mention that there is on site parking here with room for two cars. We all ended uo driving into town and it was so naive having a driveway rather than having to deal with street parking. We’re in a very quiet area so no need to worry about it being parked all day!

Isn’t this property just the cutest?! I couldn’t have asked for a better trip with my girl gang all together in one place. It was a blast staying at The Holiday House during our trip to Nashville—a huge thank you to Taylor for making my dream birthday weekend a reality!
