2023 has been an absolute whirlwind for me. I’ve spent each month in 2-6 different destinations putting tighter different travel and outfit guides for various cities and outcries around the world. It’s been so much fun and, I’ll admit, a little exhausting. I am, however, mastering the vacation outfits.
I’ve spent many, many afternoons frolicking different beaches and evenings playing dress up. I think we can all admit, that’s one of the best parts about vacationing right?! I’ve stocked up on several new looks from a variety of designers + online boutiques to take with me on my next two trips.
I’m off to The Florida Keys and the Caribbean in the month of September and will of course be packing some of these with me. If you’re in the market for some last-minute vacation outfits, you’ve come to the right place. Here’s what I’ve been picking up recently!
I mean come on, who doesn’t love a colorful maxi dress? I’m always looking for over-the-top styles like this one to wear on my tropical vacations. They are so easy to dress up and they look amazing in photos. Definitely, a must if you’re embracing your travel blogger era like me.
This one hangs rather shapeless until you start twirling but once you do it’s incredible. I chose to accent the dress with a fun bubblegum pink pair of heels + a matching purse. Love!
Do you have a destination wedding on the horizon?! If you do, make sure to choose a sweat-proof style. It’s still scorching hot in most of the Caribbean so I suggest avoiding silk at all costs and instead reaching for a shorter style made of a more breathable fabric.
This beautiful blue dress with fun fringe seemed like the perfect option. I don’t usually wear shorter dresses to weddings but this one seemed so perfect for the occasion. Of course, anytime I’m headed somewhere tropical you’ll find me in these raffia heels and clutch! Such an unbeatable duo.
top || shorts || heels || belt || clutch
If I’m being honest, I haven’t been this excited about an outfit in a really long time. I saw this incredible blouse styled on Petal & Pups website so effortlessly that I just had to get it for myself. To keep this sexy I left it entirely unbuttoned and tucked into a pair of white dress shorts.
I added a little seashell belt and a pair of blue lace-up heels to elongate the legs. A few beachy accessories give this a boss-babe feel in a vacation-approved way. I literally cannot wait to wear this; I felt like a million bucks. Classy but fun, professional yet beachy. IN. LOVE.
jumpsuit || clutch (handmade in Cabo) || heels
I know summer to fall transition is on the brain for most of you…. in that case, this white linen jumpsuit is right up your alley. This piece is double-lined (not see-through) and the high neckline makes it incredibly versatile.
Dress it up with heels and a cute coastal clutch for vacation or pair it with mules and a shrug for business casual attire. I love a piece that can be worn time and time again.
romper || belt || purse || sandals
As you may or may not know, I am off to Europe for the entire month of October. I am both excited and nervous to be visiting so many different countries and living out of just a carry-on but I’m doing it! With that, I’m needing to pack lots of basic, lightweight pieces that I can style several different ways.
This oversized romper seems like a no-brainer. It’s rather shapeless so I’m belting it and adding raffia accessories to keep it beachy but you could totally throw on tights and a pair of booties for a cooler climate which I love. This kind of feels like wearing a giant onesie so it’s also the perfect piece for a travel day.
One of the stops on my European adventure will be in Mykonos, Greece. I went there last October and it was still pretty hot. Temperatures hung around the mid-seventies maxi dresses are perfect! And like I said, these lightweight materials fold up so easily making packing a breeze!
I styled this with one of my favorite purses from Shiraleah although I found an identical one for $50 less on Amazon that I’m linking.
There is literally no better feeling than coming in to get ready after a full beach day, putting on something over the top while wearing super minimal makeup from being all sun-kissed. It’s in my top 5 favorite feelings and as soon as I saw this Buddy Love dress I knew It’s be the perfect piece to bring on my next trip.
This is a heavier polyester and it’s double-lined so a little hotter than some of the other dresses. It had a beautiful halter neckline and the cups have a little bit of padding so you don’t have to stress about finding a bra to wear with this which is an added bonus. This was another full-length piece so feel free to wear sandals or heels, whichever you’re more comfortable in.
Are you loving these outfits as much as me?! Like seriously I am so excited to pack these with on my next few trips. Stay tuned for all of those outfit guides coming your way soon—you’ll get to see all o these pieces styled and in action. Can’t wait!
