sweater || pants || sneakers || purse || sunglasses
If you’re a sweatpants lover who’s trying to elevate her look, these cargo pants are going to be your best friend. These joggers are made of a soft, lightweight fabric that’s super comfortable and easy to move in. Toss on a fitted white sweater and a pair of sneakers and you’re good to go for class, errands, or a fun weekend with friends.
Don’t forget to add sunglasses and a purse—these two simple accessories will help elevate your look in no time.
I know my fellow work-from-home girlies are going to love this two-piece set. Every day I make an effort to change out of my pajamas and into something else, even if it’s equally as comfy. This set has the cutest matching crewneck sweater and shorts. You’ll look professional on top if you have a full day of meetings but be comfy on the bottom.
Linking my favorite Ugg slippers that I wear around the house 24/7 this time of year.
top || jeans || sneakers || purse || sunglasses
Who doesn’t love a cozy flannel in the fall? These are always my go-to when I want an easy, thoughtless outfit. Just toss one on with a pair of jeans and low-top sneakers and you’re good to go for *almost* any fall activity.
sweater || skirt || boots || hat || purse
Transition your favorite denim mini skirt into fall with a pair of knee-high boots. I get questions on this Franco Sarto pair all the time. They have a shorter heel that’s super manageable for a day full of exploring. If you’re headed to Europe sometime soon, any of their shoes are a must. They are made of real leather and are super supportive so they will last you many, many miles.
Up top I’m wearing my all-time favorite sweater. I have this in three colors now and it’s one of the best. I sized up for an oversized look. A perfect staple piece to mix and match with all of your skirts, leggings, and jeans this fall. Don’t forget a hat and purse to tie the look together.
zip up || pants || boots || purse || sunglasses
Yoga pants and a cozy crewneck are my go-to for a comfy day on campus. This oversized one is another SheIn find that pairs perfectly with yoga pants. These are the Aerie crossovers — aka the most flattering pants in the world. I wear these at least twice a week; they are the best.
Blast from the past pairing my yoga pants with Ugg minis but it’s what all of the cool girls are doing these days. Elevate your cozies a bit with a pair of sunglasses and a mini purse.
tank || skirt || sweater || sneakers || purse || sunglasses
You know those Pinterest girls that make a black silk maxi skirt look so effortlessly cool?! Yeah, well the secret is slipping into a matching tank top for a monochromatic “base”. You’re going to practice the “sandwich” effect and throw on your favorite shoes + pull that same color back in with your favorite cardigan!
Make sure the sweater is the same color as the shoes to give this the right amount of balance.
jacket || sweater || jeans || boots || purse || sunglasses
You absolutely must add this black leather shacket to your cart! This is without a doubt one of the most worn pieces in my fall closet. It’s the perfect layering piece for the fall, dressing every outfit up in no time. Pair it with a simple sweater, jeans, and booties for your weekend plans.
Then swap the sweater for a black lace bodysuit for a night out at the bars.
sweater || jeans || sneakers || purse
I know a lot of you are entering your internship/first job season of life. If that’s the case, elevate your business casual attire with a little bit of color. This pink and orange sweater is the perfect pop!
If you’re on the hunt for a good pair of straight-leg jeans that aren’t too baggy, I highly suggest these. I have them cuffed at the ankle but they are full length. Wearing a 00 and am a 24-inch wasit. I know I’ll be wearing these all season long.
sweater || pants || sneakers || purse || sunglasses
Another moment for the quarter zip + yoga pants combination because it never fails. There’s something about it that just leaves me feeling like a productive little soccer mom, haha. Swap your favorite sweatshirt for an elevated quarter zip sweater. This one is super soft and has just the right amount of oversized to it.
sweater || pants || sneakers || sunglasses
Nothing screams fall quite like a pair of corduroy pants. I just got this straight-leg style from American Eagle and they are the best pants for fall— they add a little bit of texture to an otherwise basic outfit. I’m wearing a 00 Regular and these are available in dozens of colors.
Just bra-tuck your favorite oversized sweater and toss on a pair of platform Converse for an easy, everyday outfit.
sweater || jacket || skirt || tights || boots || purse || hat
No need to retire all of your favorite mini skirts and shorts come fall. Just throw on a pair of tights and knee-hoots and bam you’re instantly the chicest girl in the room.
Up top I’m wearing a long-sleeved black bodysuit with a sweater vest layered over top. This is such an easy way to stay warm while avoiding all the bulkiness. Layer on a leather shacket and you’ve got the perfect outfit for a fall trip to Europe.
bodysuit || vest || jeans || sneakers
Football season is in full swing which means there’s *probably* a good chance you’re headed to a tailgate sometime soon. If you don’t own any team gear I suggest going for a solid black bodysuit and a pair of wide-leg jeans. Accessorize with your favorites.
Now is the perfect time for *in-between* weather, meaning it’s not quite time for a jacket. If that’s the case where you are, try a leather puffer vest to give your outfit a little extra spice.
sweater || leggings || boots || hat || purse
Quarter zip sweaters also look adorable with leggings and mini Uggs. Toss on your favorite beanie to keep things extra cozy. This is my go-to for a lazy Sunday.
sweater || jeans || boots || purse
Who doesn’t love a chunky knit sweater?! This one is the perfect basic to add to your fall wardrobe. You can mix and match this with all types of bottoms + it can easily be transitioned from the office to your weekend activities.
I’ve kept this outfit really simple, tucking it into my all-time favorite straight-leg jeans. These have the perfect amount of dstressing and are under $35 right now. Wearing a 000 Regular from Hollister. Add matching boots and a purse to complete the look.
sweater || shorts || scarf || jacket || tights || socks || boots || purse
All-black is my go-to outfit combination when I don’t know what to wear. The key to a good monochrome look is mixing different textures to break up all the black. With a leather shacket, sheer tights, and a good pair of boots you’ve got just the right mix. I’m mixing in a little color with a matching scarf and boot socks.
tee || leggings || sneakers || bag || sunglasses
Nothing easier than an oversized tee, leggings, and a good ole pair of sneakers. Swapping my favorite band tees for stripes this season.
sweater || scarf || hat || jeans || boots || purse
If I could only choose one sweater to wear this season, I’d pick this one right here. I have this in five different colors and it’s the best. This is the ultimate chunky, oversized sweater. With a deep v-neck, you can easily layer this over button-ups and turtlenecks or underneath shackets and puffer vests.
My favorite way to pull in another color and stay warm is with a matching scarf and hat. These two accessories are each under $8 and complete an outfit in no time.
sweater || jeans || heels || purse
Date night just got a whole lot sexier with this tie-front sweater. These have been trending for a couple of seasons now and don’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Of course, you can layer a tank underneath of this to make it a little more practical for day-to-day wear. If you’re feeling frisky, go braless for a hot night out with your man.
Keeping things simple on the bottom half of me with high-waisted jeans and a little pair of block heels.
flannel || sweater || jeans || boots
Flannels are a must in my fall closet. Whether I’m wearing them buttoned up or as a layering piece over top of my favorite fitted sweaters, they are always on repeat. This was another SheIn find and the fabric is much thicker/sturdier than other flannels so it’s an awesome outerwear piece.
I layered this over one of my favorite lightweight, ribbed sweaters. Toss on jeans and a good ole pair of chunky boots and you’re ready to rock. This was always my go-to outfit for a day of class!
sweater || skirt || sneakers || hat || purse
How do you feel about the denim maxi skirt trend?! I have to admit, I really love it! It’s such a fun way to wear denim that’s not just your typical pair of jeans. This one has a tall slit along the front, making this really easy to style. Wear sandals, sneakers, or boots with it!
That brown sweater I was raving about earlier? This is it in the creme. It’s super oversized so I’ve front tucked it into the skirt to give myself some shape. Adding deep tan accents with my favorite Lack of Colors hat and this Polene crossbody.
