Hello everyone. Today I am going to be sharing with you my March Favorites. Time doesn’t seem to want to slow down. I can’t believe I joined the blogging world three months ago and am so happy with what I have accomplished in that time. I personally am not a fan of March because it seems to be half way Winter and half way Spring. On the plus side we only had one snow fall this month which I was so happy about! Anyways, let’s get on into the post. Have a great day, with love, McKenz.
Fashion Favorites:
This month I constantly found myself reaching for my black high top Converse and these fake white Jack Rogers which I got from Amazon; they’re the brand Pierre Dumas. I love sandals but always struggle transitioning out of boots and into them! Does anyone else have this problem? I also haven’t been carrying around a purse as much as I normally would this month. I’ve been just using my Vera Bradley wallet in my favorite color which is attached to my Vineyard Vines lanyard.
Beauty Favorites:
I have been in love with Bare Minerals lip products lately, I love their Marvelous Moxie lipglosses and their Buxom lip pencils. I’ve been reaching for glitter so much lately. I love the way this gold Wet N Wild glitter looks when paired with a maroon/gold eye look using my Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette. I’ve also been so obsessed with the Warm Vanilla Sugar perfume from Bath and Body Works. I love this scent and have used it for years. I realized today that I never mentioned it here!
Hair Favorites:
I have super thin hair and this month I discovered that blow drying my hair and then straightening it makes it look so much more full and voluminous. I usually don’t wash my hair everyday so this leaves my hair looking good for more than one day.
Other Favorites:
This month I’ve been loving “The Scientist” by Coldplay, “Sunday Candy” by Chance The Rapper, “Good Life” by One Republic, and “Below My Feet” from Mumford and Sons. I did not finish a book this month but I am in the midst of reading “An Abundance of Katherines” by John Green and love it! Also I have been spending so much time talking to God this month. If you haven’t read Proverbs, I would highly recommend it along with Psalms 100!
The wet and wild glitter is perfect!
It’s so good and only $1!
I can’t resist me a good dollar buy!
