Spring 10X10 Wardrobe Challenge- Outfit #9
Despite waking up to forty degree weather, I dressed up in a cutesy little ensemble anyways. Mostly because at day nine I am so not giving up on this wardrobe challenge now! I’m so excited to share the ninth outfit with you; I adored it even if I was freezing for a majority of the day, lol!
Day 9 Pieces –
Black dress (similar), Button front skirt (similar), Black block heels
Day 9 Outfit –
This outfit works for me today because –
- I opted for wearing my black dress and layering the button front skirt over top due to a) not having a black shirt incorporated into my ten items and b) needing to style this skirt once more before the challenge ended!
- Simple gold accessories are forever my go to. I love my ‘M’ necklace paired with a simple gold watch.
- Even if it was a chilly start to the morning, this outfit screams spring to me (despite its lack of color!)

The skirt over the black dress is actually a great idea! I only own short sleeved vnecks that I pair with my skirts but its way too cold to just wear short sleeve in the office with the AC going but I do have a 3/4 sleeved black dress and I could easily just throw the skirt on over it…..very very clever! I may use that idea for tomorrow 🙂
