Sister Style- Styling My Twin Sister (an Outfit of The Week) // July 2017

Having a twin sister is the best for many reasons but perhaps one of my favorite reasons is the closet situation. Being the same size as my sister, Madison makes things convenient for sharing clothes and such.

Madison dresses much more casual than myself, sticking to Vineyard Vines tees and Chacos most days; however, her closet is still full of many cute clothes (that I like to steal on a weekly basis)! Therefore, this week I’m dressing Madison using all her own clothes in hopes to show her that she too can make adorable outfits out of the pieces she already has in her closet.

#1: ‘Feeling Floral’- Keeping things fun with a  floral top in Madison’s favorite color paired with some simple raw hems and her fringe sandals that I convinced her she needed.

#2: ‘The Casual Outing’- Madison’s favorite tank style is by far the peplum. For a simple look, I paired the tank with her favorite skinny jeans and some Rainbows to keep things casual.

#3: ‘Morning Hike’- Nothing makes Madison happier than wearing her Chacos. This simple workout tank and leggings were the perfect pairing for her shoes and a cuter option as far as workout attire goes.

Outfit Details- sports bra: Nike, tank: TJ Maxx, leggings: Gap Body, shoes: Nordstrom Rack/Chaco’s, bracelet: Alex and Ani, necklace: unknown, earrings: Kohl’s

#4: ‘Dinner with the Girls’- This is by far the cutest top Madison owns if you’re asking me. I had her wear some classic white skinnies with it and of course her white Vans (inspired by none other than me)!

#5: ‘Where’s My Yacht?’- This is one of Madison’s favorite outfit combos as it’s inspired by belleoftheball. To bring out her preppy love a bit more, I had her wear her red chino shorts with a classic Vineyard Vines tee and, of course, her Jacks to pull the look together.
