Oh, the joys of Fall; there are so many but my favorite has to be the annual trip to the pumpkin patch. I adore the hayride, pumpkin picking, corn maze, and (of course) the cute outfits that only seem fit for this specific ‘special’ occasion. On Sunday, a bunch of my family members and I headed out to a local orchard and participated in all of the fun.
It’s rare that I do a ‘Day In My Life’ post but Sunday was an exception. I felt that one of my favorite outings of the year deserved a post of its own + we obviously had to snap a few cute pictures while we were there that I felt would be perfect to share with you all. Not to mention, I was obsessed with my outfit, despite it being way too hot outside to be wearing it.
I decided I wanted to wear my bean boots for practicality reasons and was so glad I did. I paired them with a matching camel turtleneck underneath my current favorite white knit sweater vest. I threw on a pair of white boot socks and some classic, medium wash skinny jeans to finish off the look. It was rather hot for this outfit that day, but I loved the way it looked nonetheless.

Madison really wanted to wear her Hunter boots, therefore a Vineyard Vines shep shirt and matching vest did the trick for her. Light layers like this are perfect for the Fall time where we are. She wore her go-to jewelry and some light wash skinny jeans to complete the look.

My mom also stuck with some rain booties and light layers; can you tell great minds think alike?! Her super cute flannel is from Old Navy and has all sorts of Fall hues in it, making it the perfect top for the season + it paired so well with her favorite navy cardigan.

After picking out a few pumpkins, snacking on the yummiest apple cinnamon ice cream, and making our way through the corn maze our adventure came to an end. Have you been participating in any fun Fall activities lately?! Be sure to let me know in the comments below along with any other questions, comments, or requests you may have for me. Wishing you all a very happy Wednesday. With love, McKenz
