Weekly Wrap Up #11

Boy oh boy, does it feel good to sit down and chat with you today! I have been go-go-go this week, running around like a mad woman trying to get everything done while trying to please everyone. I can’t even lie, I have sincerely enjoyed it. Being busy has allowed me to better manage my free time, which is something I was starting to be terrible about. Baseball has been super busy and Lily and I are super excited about our first game next week. The Spring musical was also this week so I was backstage once again, + all of a sudden Spring Break is in less than a week!

I haven’t had much luck here on the blog lately and it’s been sort of discouraging, especially since I have been maintaining my posting schedule and have made a point (for my Lent project) to be more present in my Reader and across other blogger’s platforms! I suppose that it could all be a timing thing… I know there will always be highs and lows in blogging but sometimes it’s hard to stay positive when I’m working so hard and there’s no payoff. Has anyone else felt this way lately? I just wish I was moving forward rather than feeling as if I’m moving backward. Therefore, if you have any requests for posts YOU would like to see, please leave them below! I want to be producing content that you are just as excited to see as I am to post! 3.11.18 – Sunday was spent as usual- shooting a few looks, catching up on some blog posts, finishing up a whole bunch of homework, and heading to church with Katie before doodling in my Bible.

3.13.19 – Baseball had another scrimmage today and they had an awesome win which made the freezing cold weather worth it.

3.14.18 – I’ve been posting a whole bunch of spring content on the blog here lately but that’s only because I am SO over this freezing weather. It was easily like twenty degrees at the baseball scrimmage this afternoon but Lily and I still managed to have fun cheering on the boys.

3.15.18 – Rocking one of my favorite outfits today- the weather just doesn’t want to warm up so I’m embracing the chillier days with some darker colors + my faux fur vest.

3.16.18 – I’ve been pretty MIA around the stage this year but I made a comeback tonight to help my girlies (and guys) get ready for their spring musical, All Shook Up. They performed incredibly and I couldn’t be prouder of my girl Katelyn!

3.17.18 – Had such a great day. Volunteered at a pancake breakfast this morning with some awesome friends, then headed out to find some treats for our baseball goodie bags and finished off the day eating some delicious Mexican food to celebrate my mom’s birthday.
