My Favorite Maxi Dress + A Bit of Chit Chat

Oh, hello friends; I hope you are having an awesome evening! I am so sorry for this post going up so late in the day but life has gotten in the way again.

I took pictures in the most stunning white maxi dress a few weeks ago and have been saving the pictures for a day where I simply just wanted to sit down and chat with you. I’ve been posting so many dresses recently but they are seriously my go to as soon as the weather gets above 70 degrees- so easy and always so pretty. You can’t go wrong with a good maxi so that’s what I’ll be sharing with you today.

Yesterday evening we had an away game against a really good school. Our baseball boys were hungry for a win and finished off their regular season with another win, leaving us with an overall record of 15-2. I am so unbelievably proud of them and was so happy to have been able to be apart of such a special and exciting win! I cannot wait to see how far we go in playoffs and am looking forward to the big game Saturday.

This morning I slept in and had a big brunch + review session before heading off to take my AP Art History Exam. It went well and I am happy to have the pressure of that class lifted from my shoulders. The remainder of my studying will be rather relaxed which means I can breathe a bit more clearly these next few days.

Like I mentioned earlier, this dress is super stunning! I’ve been sharing so many with you lately because I feel as if dresses are the perfect outfit choice for this time of year- there’s all sorts of graduation festivities, end of the year activities, and barbecue type events going on, so you can truly never go wrong with a dress.

This white maxi is from TJ Maxx. Unfortunately, it is last season but I couldn’t help but share it again with you. The low back draws plenty of attention to the detailing and the embroidery on the front is super cute.

I’ve been picking ups  few things here and there lately (including a few new dresses) so fingers crossed that I will have a haul ready for you by the end of the week! I’ve been sort of playing things by ear around here and I’ve slowly realized that that’s perfectly okay as I wrap up my junior year.
