Trends To Follow This Winter

Winter fashion is in full swing and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t keeping an eye on all the latest trends. Whether it’s a motto jacket, fun pattern, or classic hue— count me in! Today, I’ve got my hands on the trendiest, most affordable pieces from SheIn and am just dying to share them with you. I think you’re going to love these items (and prices!) too.

Pink Lady

The second I laid eyes on this jacket it reminded me instantly of Grease and the jackets the Pink Ladies used to wear. This jacket is a true triple threat with a little bit of everything: faux fur, leather, and suede. It’s an edgy way to add some spunk to your outfit. Motto’s are super in right now and are the perfect layer to add over a monochromatic look. Because this jacket has got so much going on and is a subtle pop of pink, I decided an all black look would compliment it best. I went with a simple bodysuit tucked into a pair of high-waisted jeans.

To keep this outfit on the edgier side, I threw on these crocodile chunky heeled booties that are also from SheIn. These are so comfortable and easy to walk in—I highly recommend if you’re looking for a “going out” bootie. Fun sunglasses, a black purse, thick gold hoops, and a ring belt were just the accessories this look needed to tie it all together.

Seeing Stars

The star trend isn’t going anywhere anytime soon! I have a few similar sweaters from SheIn that I love and reach for quite frequently so I decided this one would be worthwhile to pick up. It’s got a marled look to it which is a bit different than what I’m used to but I love the way it pairs with solid black jeans. To play off the white stars on the sweater, I threw on a pair of white go-go boots from SheIn. These are such a comfortable heel height and with a front zipper they are super on trend for the winter. I will definitely be reaching for these shoes as I go out this semester!

To accessorize I just had to grab my clear bag from Romwe. I’ve been carrying this like crazy lately and think it’s just so fun and unexpected— perfect if you’re a college student too. Like you saw in the previous look, I’ve been super big on statement sunnies recently. I think they score you extra “cool girl” points and completely change the dynamic of your look!

Winter White

Who says you can’t wear white after Labor Day?! I wanted to style this outfit around these new platform sneakers that were just sent over. They’ve got a thick sole that make them extremely comfortable for walking but with black velvet along the toe box and heel they’ve got a fun touch. I thought these racer stripe jeans would look perfect with them. After all, winter whites are super trendy right now!

I decided to keep things black and white and threw on a chunky black turtleneck. This is my go-to style sweater for class as it’s simple yet stylish. I added a fun pair of statement earrings to complete my look. I get tons of questions about outfits to wear to class and this is totally fitting for most college students; pop on a parka and you’re good to go! I promise, you can never go wrong with jeans and a sweater.
