Shoes To Get You Through

I have to admit, I am so jealous of all you ladies sharing spring fashion finds already. I’m dreaming of crop tops, swimsuits, and two-piece sets. Unfortunately, we’re still in full-on winter mode here in Ohio; and while I wish I could be shopping for cute sandals, a couple of pairs of Off The Beaten Track boots will be serving me well in the meantime.

I’m sure by now you know that Off The Beaten Track is one of my favorite companies. They design shoes for the woman who is always on the go— the kind of woman who wants something stylish yet comfortable. This company has been an absolute lifesaver for me on campus. Their shoes are seriously some of the only pairs my feet can tolerate on school days. In fact, I’ve got a pair of their sneakers on right now!

With the recent launch of their Urban Utility line, I was able to pick up two new pairs of shoes. I love the shoes in this line because they are practical yet adorable. There are several different pairs of shoes that are perfect if you’re looking for a shoe that can easily transition from the winter to spring. I’ll definitely be getting good use out of these the next few weeks!

Wilderness in Taupe 

I cannot get enough of this pair of shoes! I love wearing booties to class with an outfit like this one but I struggle to find booties that are cute and yet don’t have a heel. As much as I love heeled shoes, my feet just cannot take them as I move from class to class. I’m on my feet all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays so these shoes are the perfect option if you’re in the same boat.

Off The Beaten Track shoes provide so much arch support which makes days when you’re constantly on the go, that much more manageable. If you’re planning on doing a little adventuring in these shoes, you’ll be good to go. These boots are crafted with water-resistant materials and a durable high-grip rubber sole so you can take these shoes from a day downtown to a little wilderness exploring.

I’m pairing these booties with my go-to outfit for class. You can never go wrong with a white sweater and skinny jeans. This outfit combination is a no brainer for me, especially on days when I have an 8 am class. I’ve slipped on the Wilderness booties and to pair with them, I’m throwing on one of my favorite snakeskin belts.

If you’ve still got snow and slush, this pair of boots is right up your alley. There’s nothing worse than getting stuck with yucky weather as we head into March; treat yourself and grab a cute new pair of boots to help get you through. If hike-leisure was a thing these would be perfect for it. Although I’ll admit, I’m totally not a hiker so I’ll take the leisure side of things, lol.

I’ve been on the biggest camo kick ever lately; so much so that I’m incorporating my new favorite print in my shoe choices too! These camo boots are water-resistant and have a durable rubber sole making them perfect for winter weather or your next outdoor adventure. These have a fleece lining to them that is so soft and will keep your foot extra-warm and dry— a must here in Ohio!

I thought these boots needed a little bit of spunk to go with them so I reached for the cutest cropped latex bomber from SheIn. I love this little guy and it can easily be worn under a parka if you need an extra layer. I stuck with a simple black turtleneck underneath and some dark wash skinny jeans. My lightning bolt earrings seemed like just the finishing touch this outfit needed.
