Weekly Wrap Up #51 2020

I know, I know…. long time no talk. I honestly can’t even remember the last time I missed a Friday blog post— it’s been at least six months since I’ve broken my posting schedule but I blinked and suddenly the week was over. I’m cutting myself some slack; between packing up my apartment, finishing up my final exams, soaking in my last days with my friends, and moving back home for the month it’s been so chaotic around here— not to mention, apparently, next week is Christmas. My gosh, where is the time going?!

I’ve got a short and sweet Weekly Wrap Up for ya— I’ll catch you next week for the final one of 2020. Agh, I cannot even believe I’m typing that! Talk soon.

THIS WEEK’S WEEK IN MY LIFE VLOG

As much as I would have loved to do another year of daily vlogging in December, it just wasn’t in the cards this year. I am, however, continuing to upload videos daily to my channel so seven new videos went up this week. Go catch up on any videos you’ve missed here. Today I’m sharing my final week in my life of the semester— taking my last final, packing up my college apartment, and saying goodbye to my people before heading back home to Maryland.

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK

12.13.20— Having myself a slow Sunday morning editing videos in bed and publishing my Sunday posts. I finally got ready and headed downtown for one last photoshoot in Kent for the semester. Came home and got working on tomorrow’s blog post and then headed to dinner with Liv one last time. We had so much fun!

12.14.20— Keeping my days pretty consistent here at school starting off the morning with blog work and switching over to studying after lunch. I took my Fashion Fabrics final this afternoon and am feeling so relieved to be done with this class for good! Did a little deep cleaning of the apartment afterward.

12.15.20— Starting today off with a few photos for a Daniel Wellington brand deal and filming an exciting video for YouTube. After editing I switched gears and spent so many hours studying for my Microeconomics final exam. I was in dire need of a little fresh air after staring at the screen all day so I headed to the baseball field for a little journaling session. Tonight’s task was packing up my closet!

12.16.20— Took my Economics exam today and passed with just the grade I needed to get an A in the course. Needless to say, I was so pumped! Decided I needed one last Barrio fix before going home so Mike and I went and grabbed some tacos for dinner. I’ve finally mastered my order.

12.17.20— Took my last final exam today, ending off the semester with all A’s. I couldn’t be happier. Nothing feels better than handing in that last exam! Today also consisted of laundry, last-minute packing, and loading the car. Oh, and of course saying goodbye to my closest friends 🥺—not to sound dramatic but I don’t know what I’ll do without them for a month!

12.18.20— Grabbed a quick spray tan at Nuevo Sol this morning and then hit the road. Had a nice, easy drive back to Maryland, pulling in just in time to catch the sunset. The fam and I headed out for dinner and spent the night lazing around, just catching up with one another. It feels so good to be back.

12.19.20— What a busy first day back home— picked up my cake from Sage Cakery for tomorrow’s 5th-anniversary photoshoot, shot some holiday photos for the blog, and ran a few errands with my mom. I spent the evening editing a vlogmas episode and getting a few things finalized for tomorrow’s big day! I cannot wait to show you guys some behind the scenes photos in next week’s Weekly Wrap Up.
