Week In My Life + Outfits Of The Week

I can’t tell you how badly I needed a week at home to rest, recharge, and work my tail off. I’m in the midst of wrapping up all of my Miami content and planning out the next few weeks. I’lll be in Wisconsin for ten days and am trying to get as much content pre-filmed/written as possible. If there is anything in specific you’d like to see this back to school season, be sure to leave me a comment down below and I’ll add it to the list. 

In the meantime, enjoy this super chill Weekly Wrap Up. I know, I know these are some of the most boring outfits ever but I’ve been in a casual, work mode all week long. Sunday, July 11

Our last day in Miami was packed full of shooting content, eating the yummiest waterfront lunch, and spending some time at the beach. After a full day and one last meal we packed up and headed to the airport where we sat for a very long time no thanks to three flight delays. We finally made it home to Baltimore and were picked up by Madison and Connor for a chatty car ride home.

Monday, July 12

My first day home was spent relaxing and recovering from the long week. I sifted through thousands of photos, worked on a few different blog posts, and edited three different YouTube videos. It’s been weeks since I’ve had a day this productive! Madison and I brought the karaoke machine over to Connor’s and we spent the night singing Mama Mia and learning a Tik Tok dance, lol.

Tuesday, July 13

Back in January I redid my bedroom with the help of Ikea and today we tackled my closet! Madison and I drove to Baltimore to pick up the pieces and shop around before tearing apart my old closet. Of course tonight we had to bring the karaoke machine back out—we hung out with some new baseball friends and had an absolute blast with them.

Wednesday, July 14 

A filming day was definitely in the cards so today I sat down and filmed two different try on hauls—one with Romwe and one with Fashion Nova. I also wrote my first Miami outfit guide and got working on Saturday’s post as well. Spent the evening grabbing a few more things for my college apartment and drinking a frozen lemonade from Chickfila.

Thursday, July 15 

Met up with one of my sweet friends Tayla this morning. We go to school together in Kent but she was in town visiting so we stopped by Bethesda Bagels for a sandwich and some time to catch up together.  Spent the afternoon filming Tik Toks and setting some sponsrored content live. Needed to get out of the house + away from the computer screen for a bit so went to watch the Gaithersburg Gaints game. They had an awesome 3-2 win!

Friday, July 16 

Had a very chill Friday. Slept in super late (a habit I need to break next week!), treated myself to Chipotle for lunch, and planned out tons of back to school content. I filmed my first college q&a of the season before meeting the fam at The Hornet’s Nest for dinner. It was our first time all together in quite some time.

Saturday, July 17 

Twas a busy day here in the Morgan household! Started the morning off with my girl Meg, shooting photos for our blogs. My first photoshoot in the parking garage in months and it felt so good to be back! Then home to finish putting together my new closet from Ikea! I am obsessed with how it turned out and couldn’t be happier with this new organized space. Then off to the Manions for a cookout on the deck. We spent all night singing karaoke and eating yummy food. My heart feels full!
