Weekly Wrap Up #30 2021

Good morning from Wisconsin, friends! You know me, I couldn’t stay away from the airport for that long. Spent the first half of the week working up a storm— pre-writing blog posts, filming ten videos, and shooting as many photos as possible. On Friday we headed to BWI, making our way to Wisconsin for a week in the woods spending time with our grandparents.

I’m trying my best to work as little as possible while here as I want to soak up this family time as much as possible. That being said there will still be a handful of pre-scheduled back-to-school posts going live here on the blog and on YouTube but for up-to-date posts on my travels, make sure you’re following me on Instagram. Hope you’re enjoying this last month of summer—you certainly deserve it!

Sunday, July 19

I recently accepted an ambassadorship with the Tanger Outlets. For three months I will get to create content across my Instagram and Tik Tok featuring new items from them. I am so excited about this opportunity and got to do some major shopping at their National Harbor location this morning. I got tons of back-to-school goodies + things for Wisconsin! I can’t wait to share everything with you on stories next week—stay tuned.

Monday, July 20

Had a major work from home day. Not only did I get a blog post and YouTube video up but I was able to film a few videos and get lots of editing done. I’m trying my best to get as much done as possible so I can relax once on vacation. Of course, doing it in my killer new shoes!

Tuesday, July 21

Got three videos filmed this afternoon before heading into town for a photoshoot with my girl. We knocked out six looks each before deciding we needed a little more girl time together. So, to The Hornet’s Nest, we went for a cinnamon sugar pretzel and buffalo chicken wrap. We sat and chatted for hours—this girl is so good for my heart. Went and hung out with the baseball boys afterward for a movie and more chit-chat time.

Wednesday, July 22

Twas another day of running around. I’ve been checking things off the to-do list left and right including today’s major task: shooting thirty back-to-school outfit ideas. Madison and I headed over to the Manions tonight to watch A Quiet Place 2. It was so chaotic but better than the first one, I thought. Squeezing them tight since we won’t see them until August!

Thursday, July 23

Our last day before leaving for Wisconsin was spent editing videos and writing another blog post. I decided twelve hours before leaving seemed like a good time to start packing, lol—I got tons of outfits planned and successfully packed my suitcase for another trip. I called Kart to catch up with him before heading to bed.

Friday, July 24

To Grandma’s house, we go! Flew out with the fam bright and early this morning, landing several hours later in Wisconsin. The rest of our day was spent catching up with grandparents, eating, and taking the golf kart for its first spin of the trip. Ready to relax!

Saturday, July 25

Our first full day in Wisconsin and we did all the things. Poppy got a new boat and spent all winter fixing it up. We took it out on the lake today for a picnic + some fishing. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch anything but it was still a beautiful day out. Madison and I headed into town to grab some groceries and we enjoyed family dinner out at The Ranch. Of course, our evening was spent watching the Olympics together!
