My first full week back in Kent was one for the books! Between sorority recruitment prep, my first day of school, and reuniting with all of my friends, it’s been a whirlwind of a week. Not to mention, I’ve been daily vlogging on YouTube—jumping right back into that work-life balance.

Truthfully it has been so much fun. I’ve been soaking up every second, realizing that many of this year’s firsts will also be lasts. Feeling so incredibly lucky to love this place as much as I do; here’s to the best start of the school year! Sending hugs to all of you starting the school year too.

Sunday, August 22

We had an awesome wedding weekend in New York, concluded with a send-off brunch by the water. After saying goodbye to my parents and the rest of the fam I drove back to Ohio to *officially* begin the school year. I spent the evening at the mansh hanging out with my littles and unboxing a few packages.

Monday, August 23

Today was my first day of Polish Week! We spent the entire day as a chapter reviewing how to recruit girls, learning more about our philanthropy, and getting ready for sorority recruitment which officially begins in a few weeks. We have a dress code each day and today I had the chance to break out my favorite boots + snap some super cute photos with my fam.

Tuesday, August 24

Day two of Polish Week was another busy one. We got out a little early so I finally had the chance to sit down and start editing the last of my moving vlogs. I grabbed dinner with my big Ally at Barrio, our favorite local taco place. Afterward, I headed to a slip n slide party with my littles and baseball friends. We had so much fun!

Wednesday, August 25

My last day before school begins was jam-packed. I had quite a few emails to tackle, a few videos to edit, a blog post to publish, and some Tik Toks to film for different brands. Mid-afternoon I went to the NeoSkinCenter for my next round of laser hair removal and upon returning home, went right to Blastoff, one of the biggest on-campus events of the year. Here, you’re able to walk around and talk with different clubs and organizations on campus. I met 32 subscribers and got to talk with so many new faces! The concert afterward was a blast.

Thursday, August 26 

Last first day of school in the United States!!! Me and two of my roomies are graduating a semester early and spending the fall of 2022 studying abroad in Florence. Which (sadly) means this is our final year in Kent. It’s a bittersweet feeling but I’m so lucky to have these ladies by my side. I had four classes all online today but still got dressed up for fun! We took some photos outside of the fashion school and recreated some of our first photos together. Off to one of our annexes Phiver tonight to reunite with some sorority sisters I’d yet to see!

Friday, August 27 

Twas a very busy Friday over here! Started the morning off filming two different YouTube videos and three Tik Toks. I shot some photos for an upcoming brand deal and then grabbed dinner with one of my friends in Hudson. We went to Three Palms and it was so yummy. Afterward, the roomies and I broke out the karaoke machine for the first time and had ourselves a night!

Saturday, August 28

I finally let myself sleep in a bit but that didn’t stop me from having a productive day. Olivia and I headed downtown to shoot my first blog photos of the school year. Hopefully, I’ll get those live next week! Then off to the pool to spend a few hours soaking up the sun and relaxing with my girls. Went to hang with some of my friends tonight and we had a blast. It feels so good to be back with everyone.
