Week In My Life + Outfits Of The Week

Well, it’s safe to say it’s been a crazy week… hence this week in my life coming at you a day late. In one week I managed to take my final exams, say goodbye to my college friends, drive home, and spend five days in Florida. Talk about a true gal on the go!

It’s been so awesome getting to do so much at once but I’m sincerely looking forward to a few days’ rest before the true Christmas festivities begin. WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS WEEK

Sunday, December 12

Formal last night truly took it out of me so I spent most of the day lounging in bed editing a YouTube video. I finally pulled myself up and out of bed just in time to catch a sunset journaling session at the baseball field. I had my Alpha Phi friends over for one last dinner + chapter together. Soaking up some final laughs all together— feeling so grateful for this crew of mine.

Monday, December 13

Hit the ground running this morning with two final exams! I did some studying, shot a few blog photos, and then began the dreaded task of packing. After hours of loading things into my car, I headed to Get Pretty to get my lashes done, grabbed my last package, and then to La Tarezza with my roomies for our last “family dinner”. I love my peeps.

Tuesday, December 14 

Taking one last final exam before getting on the road. I had an easy five-hour drive home and spent the evening catching up with my parents + repacking my suitcase for my trip to Florida tomorrow—talk about quick turnaround time!

Wednesday, December 15

Wheels up—grabbed my bestie girl Sam and headed to Casey Key, Florida for a week of sunshine and smiles. It was a long travel day but we made it to our resort just in time to catch the most beautiful sunset. We changed and walked to the cutest little restaurant for live music + dinner by the water.

Thursday, December 16

Woke up in paradise, to say the least. Spent the morning shooting photos around our resort before walking to a cute waterfront restaurant for lunch. Changed into a cute kini and spent the rest of the afternoon lazing around the water. I’ve never seen a view quite as peaceful as this one! Sam and I ordered pizza for dinner.

Friday, December 17

Sam and I had another early morning shooting looks around town. We ordered acai bowls and spent the rest of the day soaking up the incredible view + walking along the water. We headed downtown to Venice Beach for dinner, catching another amazing sunset by the water and enjoying some Mexican food for dinner.

Saturday, December 18

Met up with my sweet friend Harris for a day of boating. It’s been years since we met at my favorite summer baseball field so it was extra special getting to reunite today. We swam in the clearest water I’ve ever seen, fished a little, and enjoyed all the Florida sunshine. My heart could not feel fuller!
