Weekly Wrap Up #15 2022 Week In My Life + Outfits Of The Week
Well, it’s official, I turned in my Final Fashion Merchandising Portfolio this week which means I’m *almost* a free woman! Just a few last assignments between me and the end of the school year. Usually, I’d say “I can hardly wait” but lately I find myself wishing the days would just slow down. Having all kinds of end-of-semester fun with the roomies + sorority sisters—karaoke nights, baseball games, Dairy Queen runs you name it.
I also took a quick trip home for the weekend to visit + spend Easter with the fam. I never realize how much I miss home until I finally go back. I’m so grateful for a couple of days to rest and regroup with everyone. Back in Kent and ready for one last month with my people—let’s do the dang thing!

Sunday, April 10
Off to Columbus after church this morning to meet Madison and her boyfriend for lunch. We haven’t seen each other since Christmas so it was so good to see one another. I also swung by the Tanger Outlets to pick up some fun pieces for an upcoming collaboration. Finished off the night with chapter + dairy queen with Lauren!

Monday, April 11
Running some errands this morning then got right to work uploading a blog post + YouTube video. Knocked out a few Tik Toks before Ally came over for dinner. The girls and I spontaneously decided to throw a ~karaoke night~ gathering and it was a blast. Mondays are always the best.

Tuesday, April 12
Started the day off walking with my little Logan then off to my one and only class for the week. I spent the rest of my day putting together my senior portfolio. I cannot believe I’m turning in one of my last assignments as a Fashion Merchandising student at Kent! Enjoying an evening at the baseball field soaking up the good weather!

Wednesday, April 13
Kickstarting the day with a photoshoot downtown then home to film a YouTube video. I packed up a ton of stuff to bring home this weekend then sat down to upload another blog post + YouTube video. Spending the evening with my little Sophia eating dinner, going for a “hot girl” walk, and grabbing (more) Dairy Queen.

Thursday, April 14
Twas another busy day of school work. I finished up my last couple of assignments of the week and wrote one last paper for my Fashion Publishing class. The roomies and I headed over to The Box for dinner on the deck then got ready for a fun night out.

Friday, April 15
Drove home this morning and went straight to The Hornets Nest, lol. I spent the entire day chatting and catching up with the fam. It felt so good to be home. We tried a new Mexican restaurant with the Manions and spent the evening hanging around together like old times.

Saturday, April 16
Grabbed breakfast at Tom & Rays this morning then did all the things—a hair appointment for fresh highlights, pedicure with mom, grocery store stock up, and dinner out at another new restaurant. There’s something about being home for the first time in a long time that just feels right.
