Summer is right around the corner so you know what that means… so is concert season! I’m off to Barefoot Country Music Festival next month to see Riley Green, Darius Rucker, Jon Pardi, and Parker Mocculm and genuinely could not be more excited. So excited that I’ve already started doing a little bit of outfit planning.
I know many of you are also headed to concerts on the lawn throughout the coming months which is why today seemed like the perfect time to sit down and share four outfits to wear to your next country concert. Cheers!

Nothing screams country concert to me quite like a mini skirt. Of course, you could go for a tried and true denim skirt but I wanted to try out the cordroy trend. I grabbed this adorable skirt from Urban Outfitters— it runs super short but it helps elongate the legs, making them look miles long. This has a low-rise fit which also helps elongate the torso. I’m wearing the cutest seamless crop top up top. This piece is so soft and has sweet lace accents along the straps and bust. Such a great basic that you can wear for so many different events.
I slipped into a pair of cowboy boots to match. These are from Jefferee Cambell and are quite literally my most prized closet possession. They are so comfortable and look amazing with every outfit, hence why you’ll be seeing them more than once throughout this post.

I’m having all of the Stagecoach fomo right now—so many amazing singers all in one place; what could be better?! One of my favorite things about this festival is seeing all of the incredible outfits that come from it. It seems like maxi skirts are having their time to shine right now. I decided to test this trend out for myself and was pleasantly surprised with how this outfit turned out. I paired this adorable white lace skirt with a black seamless tank. This has white lace accents to it so it matched perfectly.
For brunch with friends I’d add a pair of sandals and a crossbody but to keep things yee-haw-approved I’m adding black cowboy boots and a hat to match. So cute.

When I think of a classic lawn concert outfit I think of cut-offs and a white tank. With this outfit, I’m styling the basics but better. Rather than going for a simple cami, I’m throwing on an eyelet-detail strapless top. This one has the sweetest ruffle along the bottom and grommets along the center. Leave a few unclasped to give yourself a little cleavage! These jean shorts are hands down the most worn in my closet—these have just the right amount of distressing and actually cover my butt cheeks.
Adding my fav white boots, of course, and a cute cowboy hat. This one is from Urban Outfitters and is super soft + comfortable even after hours of wear. A great alternative if you’re looking to have an authentic-looking piece that won’t break the bank $$$.

Everyone loves the Urban Outfitters corset. I mean how could you not?! It’s flattering, versatile, and comes in a gazillion colors. I have the real deal however there is a similar style available on Amazon for just a fraction of the cost that you can shop here. I stumbled across this beautiful pale yellow and knew I had to get my hands on it—this color makes your tan pop like crazy and is just so effortlessly stunning.
I paired this with jean shorts and cowboy boots, surprise surprise, lol! In the cover photo, I have this look styled with a different pair of boots. This brown pair from Dolce Vita is another one of my favorites!
I’m so ready to be knocking boots and tipping cowboy hats this summer! Are you headed to a concert this season? If so, let me know who you’re seeing in the comments below. I’ve still got a handful of weeks before the big weekend of BCMF which means I’m sure I’ll have other outfit options coming in the mail soon. Stay tuned to see what else I end up picking up! xo
